The Bed and bedding was Excellent. The Room was modern and spacious. Worth the price for what you get. Breakfast was mire than i expected. Nice variety. Nice set-up.
What we didn't like:
The heating/fan system was not user friendly. Took a while to figure it out. We needed to look it up online to find a you tube video.
The TV guide didnt match the channels on the TV. Sone channels were poor quality.

Located in a commercial area, the hotel is however 10 minutes from the city center. Welcome and efficient service. Good standard room, clean and well equipped. Standard buffet breakfast but rather good quality. Curiously, for the sake of discretion, the beds are not made during the stay... disappointing for the level of standard displayed... not sure I would have paid less...

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent beds and pillows. Excellent location. Very quiet. Continental breakfast was very good. Staff was great also. Great parking area. Close to shopping area and other restaurants.

Worst experience ever! We booked two room for my granddaughter’s graduation and one of the rooms toilet did not work properly, called front desk and a young man came but could not correct the issue. He said he would send someone in the morning. Has we were getting ready for grad two management people came and were very rude and said there was nothing wrong with the toilet, the tank would not refill, we had to use the ice bucket and use water from the sink to fill the tank to flush. I told them my daughter’s room two floor up toilet worked so I why are you telling me nothing is wrong with this one when the tank does not fill. Never never again would we stay at this hotel in North Bay. Very rude staff and very poor customer service.
