The reservation was for three people. When we checked in, the Indian at the front desk asked us to add the third person's head fee. He repeatedly emphasized that we had already paid the extra fee for three people at the OTA before giving up. He said it was strange that it shouldn't be so cheap. Bad attitude throughout the whole process, speechless
