The service is attentive and thoughtful. There is free parking, easy access, and there are entertainment and food businesses around. The service level of the chain hotel is guaranteed, and the fitness facilities are complete.

A friend recommended us. Stayed there for our anniversary. Room was great,clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. My favorite thing about the stay was the breakfast lots to choose from and unlike other hotels was good quality. Even the women running breakfast was there to see if there was anything we needed juice coffee etc.

Great Location with plenty of nearby shopping, food and entertainment. Our rooms were neat, clean and Mgr. Tim and the staff were amazing. Our family enjoyed our visit back home and always enjoy staying at the DoubleTree Meadow Lands washington PA

Would have rated this as a zero if I could. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in from a customer experience standpoint. Didn't honor the room we had paid for apparently because they had overbooked customers and didn't even provide a discount. Shabby room with mold and broken fixtures. Please stay away from this place if you can

Although there was a global outage, and we couldn’t have access to our rooms without being let in by the front desk the staff made it worth it. Hakeem was hustling all night. He killed it for everybody. He made us laugh and was letting everybody in their rooms. Debbie was also awesome.

Hotel comfortable but needs serious remodeling. The chairs in the bar and restaurant were torn had stuffing sticking out. Lobby had worn old look. The clerk said we could get carts at the hotel ground floor (had to drive from lobby to where hotel rooms were located) but there were none to be found at check-in or checkout so we had to carry everything to the room. We got upgraded as Diamond members to a room with a whirlpool tub for two which was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Room had poolside patio which had a a number of cigarette butt's on the ground and table which I found disgusting. Refrigerator was nice size with freezer. We stay here because it is convenient to meet relatives for breakfast. Breakfast was good but they need larger coffee cups. We kept trying to indicate to the waitress to put more in the cup as she would only half fill the small cups. We would stay here again but hope they remodel soon.

Our experience was great. We stayed for four nights with two very active dogs and the space for pups is great! They welcomed them. They welcomed us. We were reuniting with family so we were at the hotel for alot. The hotel was our hub! Food in the lounge is great! Bartender is fun! He makes a mean lemon drop. Tell him Tennessee sent you! I can’t say enough. Very accommodating and will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff for working with us and accepting our pups like they were family!
