Sun Moon Residency and Apartments

Services are good and in decent price range. Mostly occupied with family and nearest hotel to rajiv gandhi hospital. Gopal at the reception is of great help. Specially Kitchen in every room is a biggest plus point.

My stay at Sun Moon Residency and Apartments was exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The rooftop pool with stunning views was a highlight. Highly recommended for a memorable vacation!

Pros: - Right on the main road (chota ram marg), very easy to get transportation for RGCI, metro station, groceries Cons - Rooms' condition is quite worse than in photos, especially bathrooms - Geyser wasn't working for us, lighting was faulty too, causing half of room including AC to go off at night - No lift, Only 3 rooms are on the ground floor, everything else requires flights of stairs - No cooking/eating utensils, only gas and stove is provided. - Non courteous staff, manager is never on property, and others staff members don't care enough. - Room rent was 1700 pm, while booking it seemed cheap, but on seeing the conditions of the rooms, not cheap at all.

My stay at property is very good and near by to rajiv gandhi hospital. This is a on road property and have many rooms all rooms are studio apprtment and fiited AC. best suited for budget property. Staff is also polite

The room was horrible, very small about 100 sq fit as against 344 Sq Ft. Geyser was not working. The owner was rude and not cooperating. I would not recommend this place to any body. The staff was totally indifferent and uncooperative. No tea/coffee/ breakfast was available.
