Great little place in the middle of Nottingham friendly and welcoming

We sliepen hier 1 nacht met een groep. - sommigen hadden gedeelde badkamer, sommige hadden eigen badkamers. - ik sliep in de lighthouse. Deze was warm en klein. De gedeelde badkamers hiervan stonken naar natte handdoeken en waren best vies achtergelaten door de andere gebruikers. -alles is via een trap bereikbaar. -het moet stil zijn rondom het hostel tussen 22u en 7u. Om 21u kwamen ze al zeggen dat we stiller moesten zijn terwijl we op gewoon volume aan het praten waren buiten. Dit terwijl er in de bar achter het hostel een feest gaande was met loeiharde muziek die je perfect kon horen in je slaapkamer. S nachts maken ze ook de glasbakken leeg met hels lawaai. - in een kamer was een klapbed waar ze vergeten waren ene matras bij op te leggen, mega hard! - keuken en eetruimte zijn echt mini waardoor wij met onze groep in 3 keer apart moesten eten. Hostel ligt aan beperkt toegankelijke weg.

My stay at this hostel was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and Paul, in particular, was great to chat with. The location is ideal, right in the town center and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Nottingham. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place is not perfect for anyone looking to not pay too much and wants to be right next to city Centre!

Stayed here when up for concert and an evening out. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and showed us to the room.
The room was exactly as needed, not huge but we just wanted a bed for the night and it suited us perfectly.
Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean and there was space to sit down as needed on small table.
If up in Nottingham we'd book again to stay!

Really cute little place right in the centre of Nottingham, ten mins walk from the train station. Reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean and cosy. Highly recommend! Will be back.

receptionist Daniel(male) was horrible.He almost denied me entry as I did not have a passport.I showed him my work ID with photo for which refused.I had stayed here twice before and the stay was good and the staff(females )were very polite.However guy was arrogant and discriminative. He said he wont bothe if i don't rebook the hotel in future.I came to rest after ork and this guy pissed me off and could not sleep well due to this horrific experience from the receptionist.I was very upset because of this guy. When I told him that i stayed there before twice for which he started blaming his colleagues and said they did not do their job properly.This guy needs serious professional ethics training to behave well with customers . He was indifferent in his poor attitude and said he wont bother if I rebook or not!

Just a 1 night stay for a family party. Basic room, fab price & location. Clean, had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, offered free tea & coffee in morning although we didn't actually take it! Would def stay again.
