Apesar de manter as instalações antigas, o hotel oferece boa condição de hospedagem. Bom café da manhã, almoço e jantar, várias instalações para crianças. À noite festa junina com comidas típicas. Hotel com bastante tradição na Região Serrana do RJ.

Hotel que parou no tempo, há 30 anos com as mesmas opções. Mas acho que a cidade parou no tempo, está sendo atropelada por outras cidades.

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, com pães e biscoitos passados e duros.

Hotel excelente. Vc se sente em casa. O hotel faz um passeio gratuito aos sabados, contando a história de Nova Friburgo. O serviço de cozinha, limpeza são excelentes. Funcionarios prestativos e muito educados. Voltaremos.

A pior experiência que já tive, as fotos não são das condições atuais do local. Chão dos salões e dos corredores com manchas, paredes mofadas e estudadas. Macarrão a alho e óleo, literalmente óleo com alho de potinho!!!
