We found bugs on towels, it wasn’t easy to get replacements we had to walk to the office for them. It was freshly painted that was a plus but it smelled like smoke in the bathroom. The room had a sliding door that made it easy to get to the pool. The microwave was not connected and not near a plug for us to connect. The staff wad friendly.

Nice staff. Location was convenient for me to get to work as I was traveling for work. My stay was comfortable. I'd book again and most likely will stay soon for work purposes. Travel wise it isn't far from the freeway or restaurants at all.

Our check in was at 3:00pm. We were told by the front desk that our room wasn't ready so we left for a bit and came back, it still wasn't ready. This was over 2 hours before we could get into our room and of course still needed to pay full price.

I’m appalled by the horrible check in service. 3 people behind the counter ignored me for 10 minutes while one did paperwork and 2 stared at me. No one else in the lobby. Then they check me into a room that hadn’t been cleaned leaving me standing outside waiting for it to be cleaned. I got there at 5:30 so there’s no excuse to not have the room clean by then when check in is at 3pm. Photos of my room when I walked in only to learn it hadn’t been cleaned.

I get they don't have control over the people above. You being loud all night. What they do have control over is what they report. For example, they no longer have to offer coffee pots in the room. We asked for one and they only gave us a portion of it. They offered a continental breakfast and per the manager it's now a grab-and-go which meant stale cereal bread that you cannot toast because the toaster did not work and in the lobby the coffee pot also did not work. The room itself smelled horribly bad of cigarettes almost like it was covered up. Man just said that they don't use chemicals but there is definitely a very unique smell

Front staff was new so he was inexperienced and flustered, but nice enough. Room was nicely redone but saw some pieces of glass on the ground in the bathroom which could have injured my kids. Lots of noise can be heard between the paper thin walls. Neighbors loud and belligerent until 2am when I finally called the front to shut it down.
Loved and enjoyed the beautiful scenery/setting of the property. Overall , can’t complain due to reasonable pricing. Breakfast wasn’t so bad. Jacuzzi was nice and hot.
