Marival Emotions Resort All-Inclusive Future Mercure

Honestly, I would not book with Marival emotions Vallarta again, nor in any hotel of its chain, they have been one of the worst family vacations I have had, since we arrived everything was wrong. 1. They gave us the 2 rooms and they were the wrong ones, although the keys they opened belonged to other guests and we had to leave, when we went to reception to clarify the situation, they didn't even ask for an apology. 2. In the room and the corridors we found cockroaches on several occasions. 3. Our room on 3 occasions out of 4 could not be cleaned since at 5 in the afternoon it was still not done and it was the time we went up to bathe and rest. 4. There are no waiters at the pools and the pool bar closes at 5pm. 6. The lounge chairs on the beach were not cleaned, every day they woke up dirty with sand, plus there were not even enough pool chairs for the number of guests and people ended up sitting on the floor or in the gardens in front of the bedrooms. 7. The a la carte restaurant reservation, you only have the right to 2 when you stay for 5 nights. 8. The waiters in the restaurants are obviously not enough for the number of guests, since their service was not good, they took a long time to bring the drinks or they did not bring them at all. 9. On one occasion in the buffet there was an area to prepare smoothies and they had fruit to choose from, I asked the attendant if he could give me some kiwi even if it wasn't a smoothie and he denied it, he told me that it was only for the smoothies and couldn't drink it. 10. The reservation does not include Wi-Fi so that they consider it, the ATM did not work, the elevators were sooooo neglected... Anyway. I understand that 1 or 2 things happen that you don't like during a stay but I think this was more than just bad luck, it is evident that the hotel does not care about the quality of service, they should not say that it is 5 stars, when it clearly seems to be 2. I recommend you think twice before booking this hotel, the only redeemable thing is the food, congratulations to the chef and the beach.

La comida muy rica y el mesero Alejandro muy atento sin duda alguna muy recomendable el hotel y la atención de todos sus trabajadores Sin duda alguna regresaríamos nuevamente ya que la pasamos increíble además existe mucha diversión para toda la familia

EXCELENTE HOTEL QUE RECIBE ETIQUETA DE HOGAR, PUES ASÍ TE HACEN SENTIR DESDE LA CASETA DE INGRESO, HASTA PIE DE PLAYA. LOS RESTAURANTES, HABITACIONES, LAS ÁREAS DE ENTRETENIMIENTO UN 10/10, GRACIAS A LA SEÑORITA ADRIANA JIMENEZ POR HACER MAS DIVERTIDAS E INIGUALABLES LAS VACACIONES DE MIS HIJOS Y TODO EL EQUIPO DE MARIVAL POR ESA DEDICACIÓN, PROFESIONALISMO Y ATENCIÓN. NOS VEMOS PRONTO :)

Equipo de animación excelente Daniel keyla Michelle y Luis excelente atención muy amables lo único que salva el hotel, comida regular alberca buena temperatura ✨ Las bebidas excelente lo único malo es que no estaba abierto el área de niños en la alberca

El servicio en general es deficiente, si el hotel considera que hay baja ocupación hay escasez de personal y te hacen caminar a otro lobby para hacer tu registro. No hay personal que te comunique las actividades o las posibilidades que hay al momento de tu reservación. Las amenidades del hotel acaban a media noche en general, y complica la experiencia nocturna en mi opinión. Creo que se podría mejorar la atención al cliente en general, son pocos los que te atienden de buen modo. Puede ser una cuestión de expectativas, pero para el precio que pagas debes venir muy mentalizado a qué es lo "justo" por lo que pagas, y no esperes más. Y como nos comentó un chico de personal "tu aceptas las condiciones que se dan al momento de pagar reservación" En cuanto a instalaciones, el hotel en general es bueno y punto. Hay algunos espacios que podrían mejorar pero volvemos a que el precio que se paga por noche se considera "justo", según la opinión la del personal.

Excelente servicio por parte de Alejandro en el área de restaurantes! muy bien atendido con amabilidad, muy atentos, siempre están al pendiente, en caso de necesitar algo están a la orden, con mucho respeto, lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!!

Súper lindo! La comida muy rica, y las instalaciones cómodas para pasar en familia. Daniel, Keyla y Michelle, Edith y Luis muy atentos y amables con todos… hay un show súper bonito de Toy Story. El Teens Club, muy buen lugar para terminar el día.
