這間酒店是以自助形式管理的,由入住到離店都没見過任何工作人員,感覺像日本的民宿,只能自助CHECK-IN和CHECK-OUT,但手續非常雜習,不像日本民宿會提前告知辦理入住的指引,所以遇到問題十分無助,首先第一天入住原來要上網辦理很多手續和填寫很多資料才能拿到確認號,再用手機憑確認號登入酒店專屬系統才能取得房號和用手機開關進入房間,雖然有提供自助門卡制卡機,但根本做不了,入住花了近30分鐘,如果手機没電或没有網絡的話,真的要瞓街了.其次是我們入住的客房没有冷氣,房間只提供一台迷你風扇,我們是8月份入住,晚上室內氣溫高達30度,當刻馬上致電緊急客服電話,由於我們是住宿二晚,客服回覆下班時間無辦法,但保證第二天會派工作人員跟進,到了第二天下午返回房間情況依舊,根本没有人跟進過,十分氣憤和失望,感覺客服很没誠信和不負責任,永遠不會再選這間酒店~

Very Nice Modern Place , had a problem with the A/C in my first Room, they promptly sent a Maintenance Man but he couldn’t fix . So the gave me an even nicer room upgradet me to a sweet! Over pretty nice place.
