Check in time is at 4pm which is ridiculous, basically we have no time to rest . However the owner texted that it can be checked in earlier if cleaning is done early . But checked in time is still at 2pm plus. The apartment is clean . Come with 2 bedroom with only very basic amenities. Come with washing machines. Toilet door and bedroom door need some maintenance, extremely noisy when open and closed . Come with 2 bed and 2 single mattress and quilt. 2 single mattress and quilt is old and smelly without any quilt or mattress cover . Owner Should change a new one now . Very smelly and unhygienic. Come with a sofa bed which the mattress is so thin, you can feel the steel metal of the sofa bed while sitting. Is really impossible to sleep on the sofa bed . Owner should change all those basic amenities to an acceptable one. Need to park at level 5 which the carpark ram up to level 5 is extremely narrow and dirty . Really need good driving skill to drive up the car park . 2 abandoned building beside this apartment which make this building a bit creepy and eerie when at night or even daytime . Construction seems to have stopped for quite some time . This apartment is near Legoland with security guard at ground floor and level 5 .

Basically no service. The security uncle helped me find the key for about an hour and a half before I found the agent and got the password. Then I was given the key. Bathing is a big problem after staying for four days and three nights. There is no hot water. If it weren't for the proximity to Legoland, I really wouldn't have chosen this place. The most annoying thing is that the courier took the meal I ordered online and ate it myself because I didn’t receive it. It's no use calling customer service. The sea view is an artificial lake. My teeth are so angry that they are crooked

You need to contact the staff to get the room card to enter the community. After waiting for an hour outside the community, the staff came by car to give the card (you need to speak English all the way). The room is very new, the view is good, and the air conditioning and cooling are also great. There is no toiletries, and the toilet is leaking. Soundproofing is good, the price is quite high, will recommend friends to stay.

The location was good and an apartment of good as well. The surrounding area was good and it was near legoland. We enjoyed the stay , only floor cleaning was not done properly , that should have been done before handing over an apartment.

Clean and big. Have Restorans at driving distance. Make sure u know which tower u booked. Kitchen is fully equip. Air conditioner working well.

Check in was easy. Instructions given were clear and concise. Room allocated was meticulously clean. Clean Towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes were provided. My kids absolutely loved. We loved it. We cant wait to come back for another stay.
