A family stayed in the room. The room was not big and the facilities were old. The weather was very cold. It rained especially on the day we checked in. It felt like the temperature was around 10 degrees Celsius and I was shivering from the cold.

Eten is niet goed. Kamers zijn heel vies douche deur is kapot waardoor de badkamer vol met water loopt. Drie persoonskamer het eenpersoons bed lig je op houte planken. Heelveel schimmel op de muren. Kamers zijn muf en heel vochtig. Ontbijt was weinig keuze.

Personeel spreekt geen engels. Weinig aanbod van eten. Kamers vies. Deuren ontbreken in de douche. Schimmel aanwezig. Eten koud geserveerd. Geen airco aanwezig. Wc bril zit los. wasbak spoelt niet door. Vuilnisbak niet geleegd. Ontbijt stelt niets voor.

Very basic hotel. Room had no Aircon, fan, or hairdryer and only one towel between two. The bed was damp and not very comfortable. There is no pool, no bar and no recreation or space to sit and relax. It has no lift a d we were on the 3rd floor and had difficulty doing stairs.

The ambience is good and simple. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially staff named vignesh and Clinton served very well and very kind . The food feels like home food. Better choice to opt for tourists stay.

The hospitality was very welcoming. I felt like i was at home with the way the staff members treated us. Always smiling staff members and also ready to address any issue regarding our rooms. The food was fresh and readily prepared. It felt like eating food at home. I'm so glad i went to this resort.

Very nice please to stay. Excellent customer care. Tasty food. Location easy access . Sanitary facilities are good. Calm and quite place with beautiful surrounding . Staff is very good and helpful. Enjoyed very much.
