湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園
湖景其實不大，花園挺好的
最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡

A very pleasant stay! There is no check-in at the front desk, the butler will help you directly to check in and bring it to the room. The key used in the room is really made of wood🔑! The hot water is not very stable and will cool down after washing for a while. The swimming pool is indoors, but unfortunately it is closed after 6pm.

W15 ia a boutique hotel with a stunning view nearby Lake Gregory. Atmospere is peaceful and inclusive. All the personnel from the manager to the waiters are kind and professional. The Xmas dinner setting was incredible with a beatiful fireplace.

Awesome view with great food and service Came to NuweraEliya for Christmas and decided to explore the food scene and so very happy we found this place Did not stay here but went around and checked the place out and the rooms and ambience and as superb and has a heated pool to boot Planning to stay a few days here in our next visit Special thanks to Chef Manoharan for preparing us an excellent lunch Please do try the chicken cordon bleu and his bread pudding The best brown roll was the best we have had Also a very special thanks to Lakshan his service was excellent and made us at home Will be back

We had an unforgettable time at W15 Lake Gregory. The views are STUNNING and the villa is beautiful and magical. Thank you to the staff for making our time here so relaxing and enjoyable. We loved our stay here - wish it had been longer. The hotel is the most beautiful setting on a hillside with far reaching views across the lake and away from the traffic packed centre. It has an olde world charm about it. The food was delicious. Breakfast on the terrace in the sunshine was a highlight but the real standout was the service - just impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble, Jim and the team were fantastic.

Ever best experience in W15 Lake Gregory . We had a great and fantastic experience in w15 Lake Gregory. Especially the food and the dessert were so delicious with a variety of dishes. It was such a comfy place to spend your day with your loved ones with the best view. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful and special thanks to the resident manager, Mr. Raj and his team.. They were so kind and very helpful. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service!!!
