I think that this is a nice property for families. I wish the pool would have been open and the washer and dryers was provided in the facility but most of them was out of order but other than those small mishaps everything was wonderful. My kids had a great time.

The safety bar in the second bedroom was broken. (My son has cerebal palsy and had to use our bathroom because he needed that). Tv in living area kept dropping out "saying unavailable... Every 2 minutes or so.
Main bedroom hvac closet (something kept beeping like an alarm) told front desk. Fixed noise but then air conditioner did not work after.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. The rooms have kitchen stocked with needed utensils. Weekday "social" in the evening was appetizers (not a meal). Nice breakfast options. Great location off the interstate. Quiet hotel. Fitness room was the only "con", as no free weights under 30#, cracked mirror... Nice options for eating nearby.

We liked the two bedroom and two bathroom suite. Very nice for privacy when traveling with 4 or more people. One of the main reasons we decided to stay here is that it has a kitchen with the ability to cook. Our microwave didn't work. We told them the next morning and they said they'd fix it. Nothing was done the 3 nights and 4 days we were there. They gave us 500 IHG points and promised us 5000 more, but never got them all yet. It wasn't very busy when we were there, but they never offered for us to move to a different room or give a partial refund. This place wasn't terrible, but the situation could have been handled much better.

Great stay! Great price for a suite. Really good breakfast also. Only complaint was the soup we bought in pantry to have for dinner. All soup was in freezer and hard to thaw

Very disappointed with how this hotel is run. We canceled at another hotel to stay here because they have an outdoor pool. We were told that the pool needed chlorine and it should be in by the time we arrived for our stay and the pool would be open. It is now the end of the week and the pool is still closed and no one can even say when it will be in. This is summer and all kinds of local stores offer chlorine but there seems no interest in buying it to get the pool open for guests. I think they keep this pool closed sign up continually after noticing another review complaining about the same thing. There is no way to contact the local owner of the franchise so I am writing to the parent company IHG about the bad name this local franchise owner is giving them.
