I stay at this hotel often to visit my family, I called the manager and asked if he could let me use my paid night at another visit. He claimed that if I had booked through him I could but since I went through *******, he couldn't help me. I won't stay there again.

I never looked at reviews. Just wanted a place off the highway to sleep. No toliet paper, blood stains on floor, and blankets dirty.
