Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

The room was not in line with the booking picture. The room was small and had no window.

The room is relatively small, the location is in the city center, and the price performance ratio is OK

Staff was very nice. Room was small, but clean. Appreciated that there was some protein offerings at the breakfast. SUPER close to BART, which was helpful. The corner mini-market was surprisingly nice (because the neighborhood is not so upscale, though didn’t feel unsafe).

The staff was awesome. Anything i asked for, they were prompt with service. There was plenty out outlets to plug in my equipment. They had free breakfast. Cut off time was at 930am. However, i never stay at a place where the appliances were unplugged. I had to request them to plug the TV back in because i was to short to reach it. The bed was extra firm. It was uncomfortable to me. I also had to pay for parking wh8ch was 10 dollars. They had a fenced area next to the hotel. On ******* site they said it was free. The surrounding of the hotel was dirty and run down.

I was pleased with my stay. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the height of the toilet. I am experiencing bad knee pain and the lowness of the toilet did not benefit me. I struggled a bit but got through it. I may have not expressed that concern when finding a room.

In my room, the TV was broken, the remote for said TV was gross and broken (like old tape that was keeping the remote back closed peeled off and rub across a dirty floor), the microwave only microwaved on COLD-so broken and the bathroom sink only gave off cold water. Oh and the 'brand new' shutters had 2 broken slats. OH!! And when trying to get in the room, we had to play with the key card for about 2-3 minutes before it finally worked and after all that I felt like a hostage to my room due to the key issue. For the 'renovations', I'm curious to know if the property owner(s) understand what renovation means. Lastly, I can say they have a decent free breakfast they offer their guests.

We were attracted by the cost of the location which explains the stay. We were originally impressed because the room is a little small but it was clean and we thought we got a deal. They did have quality hand soap, shampoo and conditioner on a pump in the shower, but the water pressure was low and often not hot. Most of the time, the water was barely warm after letting it run for minutes to try to get it hot. The A/C in the room was loud, and was dripping water into the walls. They did not have any ice throughout my 4 day stay here and also no forks to eat the waffle you can make for breakfast. The parking was ok, they allow you to pay for parking but it is at your own risk. I did not have any damage or fear of damage of my car though. Another thing was the bathroom floor was warped and slanted toward the sink. I visit the Bay Area often and this location will not be on my return list unless they have major improvements.

The staff was polite and helpful with information about the area. I would stay there again!

Check-in was very quick but the guy didn’t explain me anything. Nothing! No info for breakfast, check out time or WiFi etc… I saw people look like homeless living here. Room was renovated so looks ok but so small.

It’s a place to sleep when I go see my family, so I’m not there much only at night. When I got there the room they gave me wasn’t made up yet. No big deal they gave me another room. Then there was a roach in the room! I took pictures of it and went the front desk. They didn’t seem surprised at all! I don’t even get a chance to show the pictures and gave me another room! They went from serving breakfast to just having I guess what they call a continental breakfast. That was a big change but okay. I can get over it all except the roach. It’s close to where my family lives so I could walk if my back is up to it. I’ll give them one more shot.

Very kind and attentive staff, all facilities are adequate and just what I needed for my stay in Oakland.

I liked that it was clean. I didn't like that their was no heat, no ice, and that people were breaking car windows in the parking lot
