For a marriott I was rather disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are in need of serious renovation. There was no microwave and the heater kept making a weird beeping noise everytime it would stop. The staff at the hotel was friendly and check in was smooth and efficient. The gym was really small and so was the pool.

The pool is warm and relaxing. I paid for 3 adults in the room and the free breakfast people did not make me pay extra for the 3rd person (bad memories from another hotel). A real North American breakfast with many choices. Right off the highways but still quiet. The free water bottles in the room and apples in the lobby when available made me think that they really care about us. My father owned a hotel and taught me to think of the customers as guests in our home. That is the feeling I got there. It is 30 minutes from downtown Toronto but far enough away to seem like an oasis in the desert.

The Fairfield Inn was fine for my four night stay on business. Quiet and with very good housekeeping services. The included breakfast had multiple choices and the quality was good.
