Soweit ist alles gut . Ömer Faruk ist mit Abstand der Beste Barkeeper. Super Service 👍👍👍👍.alle anderen sind auch sehr nett außer suleiman. Er ist nicht nett und mir war er sehr unsympathisch.kinderanimation gibt es leider auch nicht .

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I have been on many all inclusive holidays and would consider this the worst. It’s not what you would consider ‘all inclusive’. The only positive this hotel has is it’s very clean. I will list the negatives: The staff are rude and not helpful at all. You are only allowed ice cream past 3pm. Only beer, warm wine and 4 premixed cocktails in a big jar are included in the drinks all inclusive. The entertainment isn’t good. I wouldn’t say the food is that good either, but I am a fussy eater. There is no bath in our room and our room was a family room. Our room is also placed next to the restaurant which is SO loud from 7am until 9pm, not what you’d consider family friendly. We also booked through love holidays and the photos didn’t match here. Loveholidays showed more slides than are actually here. It also said it was kid friendly food, I can confirm it wasn’t. The hotel has so much potential to be a truly good 5 star, but unfortunately the execution doesn’t match the aesthetic when you are here. There is a lot to improve on.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Rezeption und das Personal ist nicht daran interessiert, den Gästen zu helfen. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, die Extrabuchung für spezielle Restaurants ist nicht wirklich besser. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt trotzdem angenehm, das haben wir aber nur der deutschen Reiseleiterin Susanne zu verdanken, die ist ständig vor Ort und sie ist die einzige,die für die Gäste sorgt und alles möglich macht,um einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Nochmal Danke an Susanne

Otelin yemek ve oda kalitesi fena değil ama çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü yardımsever ve candanlar. Çok sevdik. Açıkçası geçen yılki kaliteyi bu yıl bulamadığımız için ilk geldiğimizde bir daha tercih etmeyiz gelmeyiz demiştik fakat çalışanların ilgi ve alakasından dolayı kesinlikle seneyede tercihimiz bu otelden yana olur. Enescim ( Enes Demircan). Özgür Güzergah, Bilge Küçükkaya ve Mustafa Özdogan. Sizlere çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz.
