The food at the hotel is normal, breakfast and dinner are better than lunch and a snack. They don’t let you into the spa for free. The entrance to the sea is rocky, it’s better to buy slippers.

Заселили в хороший номер с красивым видом, номер аккуратный,чистый. Вообще уборка хорошая, за уборку и номер 5 баллов. Расположение отличное, пляж близко, лежаков много. Но! Мы отравились на ужине 05.10.24. Сутки не выходили из номера. Отравление сильное. И это испортило все впечатление об отеле.

Hi there, I'm wondering if there’s a phone number or email address I can use to confirm my booking with Mesut Hotel. We’ve already purchased this holiday, but their phone line is disconnected, and there’s no email listed on their website. I’ve also noticed a lot of negative reviews, which makes me concerned. Is this hotel legitimate, or could it be a scam?

During 7night stay, we all got sick because of the water and food in the hotel, every guest we spoke to, was the same. When asked for spare towels at 3am bacause baby stomach issue, they told me wait 7am to give me, they don't have any at night. People at the reception barely speak any English, noone else does, waiters no English at all. No coffee spoon anywhere to feed a baby, and noone ever cleaned baby chear in the restaurant, not even once. Horrible experience.

Me and my family we stayed in mesut hotel alanya for eight days in August 2024.my two children loved the hotel.all the staff was generous, well serviced and the hotel was clean and food was ok.the cleaning lady clean our room every day.in the restaurant all the waiter were helpful.hope fully we will be back in future thanks to every staff in mesut.

Had bookede and paid for 6 nights all inclusive stay .Wien we arrived they couldn't find our booking and we couldn't stay at the hotel. Arrived quite late, met by rude and uninterested staff Who could only speak Turkish and refused to help in spite of me proving documentation for both booking and payment. We had to leave and find another hotel- and they still have my money. Never again Mesut hotel what a Rip off

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! When we came in the reception they said that they couldn’t find our reservation even tho we had all the receipts and we paid nearly all our money.. they wouldn’t help a single bit and said that we have made an mistake so we needed to find a new hotel even tho it was 1 am in the night which was nearly impossible

This hotel needs to be avoided in any aspect. The worst vocation experience I ever had. Far below expectation for the money I paid. Will never come back in this hotel. Dirty hotel, small rooms, AC not cleaned, bad choise of food and drinks, small TV screens, dirty beach and sea vith big vaves every day and big rocks at the botom of sea. Im so happy that I did not get any infection or illnes here in the past 10 days. Management and personnel very unprofesional and in some cases with unfriendly behaviour. Forget WiFi even when you pay extra money to have it in your room. Safe box extra charge, and many more very negative thinks you can experience in this hotel.
