Oba Mahallesi Hotels with Airport pickup service

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

Kaila city is my first holiday abroad can’t fault the hotel all on all bar staff and waiters are all kind and welcoming will go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need ☺️ beds are comfy with daily cleaning wide range of different foods and drinks would definitely visit again 😄

We checked in quickly, the room was clean, bright, there was a refrigerator, air conditioning, wi-fi, and a hairdryer. Room on the fifth floor with a spacious balcony overlooking the city and the mountain of the Alanya fortress. This balcony had side walls, so when the sun goes down you can sit privately on the balcony. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with delicious food, such as mixed seafood. There is a small cozy pool on the roof. I didn’t use the pool, because I think that tourist pools should be used by children and women. The beach is within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you Hotel Kleopatra for the warm welcome!

The staff is nice and friendly. The dj makes fun for everybody, darts and gym if you want, and arrange trip to the city. F.eks skumparty and disco in alanya. The bar and intertainment in the evening is fine. There is no noice at the hotel after 23.30. The food is borring if you dont like fish. Everyday fish and one another choice of meat. At breakfast we miss scrabble eggs or omellet. There is no toaster to the breat.nothing like danish food.we miss that. We went on 3 trips and wherr back at the hotel in afternoon umhgy, but no pizza or food. Snackbar is 3 kind of cake and melon, same everyday. So if you miss lounce you have to wait to 7 p.m. for food again. So we went out on a restuarent almost everyday. The sunbeds its without a madress. But pool area is is nice for a small hotel. We like the asmosfare. The hotel is in the heart of oba city, wish is nice.marked every monday outside the hotel. If you want at good place to sleeps its here, the beds are realy good. Not to hard and nice pillows. The hotel is clean and the staff claen everyday, chance towers every sencond days. Realy nice place if you cant accept the facts. Buy not a hotel i will take all incl. Again. :-)

The food is very good and the view is very beautiful. I really recomand this hotel. Is it near the sea. The personal is very cute and they really want to help you with everything. You are near to a very interesting shopping center where you can find very interesting souvenirs.

Closed in October 2020. The apartment is very good. Next to the beach across the road. But far away from the city and all markets. It is not convenient to take the bus. The bedroom in the room. There are 2 sofas in the hall. Kitchen with stove. Large balcony, chargeable air conditioning. The internet is pretty good. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers. Not bad. But the water is already cold limitation 1. Hot water. she left. Only warm during the day. Heated by the sun 2. Poor plumbing. 1 room has no shower hose at all. Wash yourself under the tap. Everything is flowing. Settle in another better room. 3. Tile heating time is long and fragile 4. Cleaning. Changed the towels by myself at the reception desk. Such cleanliness, never before. I took the garbage myself

The hotel was very clean and all the staff worked so hard to keep it so clean . Staff were polite and friendly .The Animation team tried really hard to get everyone involved with the entertainment during the day and in the evenings. They were all very friendly. The children’s disco started at 9pm and then Adults entertainment started at 10pm and only lasted an hour . Personally it would have been better if the mini disco started earlier . . Food was nice however after 9 nights it became repetitive with very little English food . I guess that’s the same with any all inclusive holiday . It does get repetitive Burgers and chips were available at the snack bar daily . As a suggestion it would have been nice to have Pizza more frequently. They had a Turkish Evening and the food was lovely . On the same evening they did pizza so it was a difficult choice to make so I went for Turkish in hope that they would do pizza again but they didn’t . . The hotel has guests of all nationalities we found some extremely rude . People leaning over you whilst you are getting your food and pushing in the queue . Good manners cost nothing! The sun bed situation is beyond a joke . There are not enough sun beds for the amount of people at this hotel .We would get up at 7am and stay with our beds all day however we did witness people reserving beds early in the morning leaving them all day and not returning at 4pm 😡 This is not on when there are barely enough chairs to sit on . We did see a cleaner remove room towels from some beds but that was all .The hotel does clearly state reserving sun beds is forbidden but this rule isn’t enforced .This definitely requires better management . There is room for some more sun beds to be provided . The hotel is situated in a really good location with lots of shops and bars close by . We didn’t visit the beach because it was 42 degrees so it was far too hot . It was a little walk from the hotel but in the heat it was too much . We can recommend memos bags opposite the hotel . They were very friendly and not at all pushy which we really liked and also Sua Tours for their pirate ship foam party boat trip .We found this good value for money and as an added bonus we saw Dolphins which was amazing.

A affordable but cozy hotel is located in the city center, right next to the beach of Cleopatra, Funiculier, Archaeological Museum and other sights. Room cleaning is regular. They are spacious, with high ceilings. Some interior details are waiting for updates, but that is not a critical problem. Air conditioning is paid. Wayfay is strong and stable -- unlike many other, even more expensive, Alanyi hotels.

Very nice and quiet hotel. The staff are very warm and fun. The hotel is more advantageous for their possibilities to hotels of the same value. A hotel that spreads positive energy in the aura. I recommend. Thanks very much to the operator and employees 🙏
