Boardwalk Terrace

We just got back from staying 4 nights here. When we first checked in one of the bedroom air conditioners were not working, we let the owner know. He said that he would send someone the next day, when they checked it out he said it was fine. After 2 nights the maintenance man came to install blinds on the outside porch(which should have been done before you had guess arriving) we told him about the air and he finally replaced it. The door to the apartment would not shut unless you slammed it and hit it in a certain spot. The outdoor furniture was old and rotten. One of the chairs fell apart while my dad was sitting in it. The bathroom was gross. There was rust all over the shower curtain and rod. The steps leading up to the apartment were broken, felt like you were about to fall through them at any time. Not sure if they change the bedsheets.

This was our third year staying at Boardwalk Terrace. We love staying here!!! Can’t wait for next year!!

this was our first time stay and we loved it. There stairways are a little tight if you and someone else are walking in opposite directions. We brought our dogs, and they were great. Everything was just how I expected.

Was totally not happy with the property. It was not worth the money that was paid.

The location of this apartment is excellent. The upkeep of the units could be better. I feel like money should be spent to keep up. Our sliding door is on it's last leg. The air conditioning units are on the last leg, although they kept the rooms cool. We were told that no linens or toiletries are supplied until we were almost there for check in. This may want to be included in the description of the unit ahead of time.

Not nice people in general. Would not recommend

The owner and his son were extremely nice and caring. I had a great time! Would definitely stay again! Thanks again :)

Room was small not clean properly the keys to the door didn't lock top lock felt very comfortable floors was slippery i would never stay there again also wouldn't recommend no one else to stay there either!

Our family was only in town for a quick trip. I didn’t expect to not have any towels or toilet paper. We also paid for an ocean view, however, the steps from above unit, went across our deck, pretty much blocking the entire view. Finally, there was no lighting on the patio, to enjoy dinner there. The unit was clean, however I don’t think we would stay again.
