Nice basic condo. Was looking for some R&R. Definitely got it there.

We had an enjoyable stay but want to mention a few things about our accommodations. The condo was advertised as "beachfront" and "beach view." We had to walk 3 blocks to get to the beach and couldn't see or hear the water. It was fine, just not as advertised. There were lipstick marks on the glasses and no dishwashing detergent although the condo was advertised as having a dishwasher. The condo was also advertised as having a flat screen tv. There was a small tv but no cable and no wifi to use the tv.

Falsely Advertised. I booked the "Deluxe Family Condo with Ocean View." Not deluxe, bottom floor view was shrubs, not clean, Not even the same building from the photos. Condo was Dirty, the bed and floor was gritty, the comforter had white stains on it. Dark: Only 1 bulb out of 10 plus worked overhead, bare bulb for lighting in kitchen, no bedside reader lamps in bedroom, some bulbs were incorrect for wattage and flickered. Staff brushed off my electrical safety and cleanliness concerns. We left and stayed elsewhere. Also, no wifi, therefore no TV as well.

Relaxing and quiet. Cat urine smell in bedroom is not pleasant. There was no ocean view, unlike the advertisement and check-in sheet. There are additional unexplained charges on my account that were not confirmed nor agreed upon.

This property was extremely comfortable. We would suggest updating the wifi (it didn't connect) & a different TV/cable set up (no channels available). Everything was clean, except for the shower curtain (showed signs of mold). I would suggest others bring a hotspot if you plan staying in.

Very disappointed because we weren’t able to access the condo so can’t speak to other aspects of the property. We arrived at night & had been sent the wrong instructions for opening the real estate key box on the door. Office was closed & left messages at 2 different after-hours numbers, but no one called us back. Had to rent another room at a nearby property. No acknowledgment of their mistake & no refund either. Cannot recommend.
