What a great find. Seems quit new and fresh. Rooms are smaller but well designed. Would definitely stay again.

The housekeeping staff beats on the door way before quiet hours are over. It was an extremely rude awakening.

If anyone’s checks in after 10, they should be made aware that people are sleeping and to be very quiet. Maybe no check ins after 10 Miserable night with the inconsiderate neighbors even after complaining to the front desk

This was our second stay at a Tru by Hilton. We weren't disappointed either time. It's perfect for my wife and I, always close to good food and the room has exactly what we need for some time away from the kids.

Nice facility with good public spaces to include pool, hot tub, indoor sitting area, and fire pit. Had room with king bed which was small but well laid out so it did not feel cramped. Rooms well insulated so did not hear city noises or other rooms. Traveled with pet and they were quite supportive. Several great casual restaurants within a block.

Very clean hotel. The rooms are a really good size and plenty of charging ports/outlets. Comfortable beds.

I had a minor beverage spill that soiled a bed sheet and, as a result, a couple of towels were used for the impromptu clean up. I alerted the cleaning staff of my accident. However, without notification, I now realize that I was charged over $100 for the spill. Given the onsite Washing and Dryer, I could have resolved the situation myself or sent the linens and towels for professional cleaning at a much cheaper rate. I simply feel that some form of formal notification should've take place.
