We had an amazing time. The resort was clean and the food was delicious. There was always something to eat. It’s in a great location with a beautiful beach. They were welcoming to my family and loved my toddler niece (who became a celebrity at the resort). The alcohol was plentiful and the bartenders were happy to customise my drinks. This is my second time going and I highly recommend it as a low cost all inclusive resort.

Located on a beautiful beach, mmmm that's all I can say positive about this hotel. Please read to end and look at photos. I don't know where to start 🤔 worse all inclusive hotel I have ever started in , it's filthy dirty, run down, dated , some staff shouldn't be in the hospitality job. My husband and I went for his 60th birthday it was far from a cheap budget holiday. On arrival the lobby looked like a run down hostal, when entering our room it had a horrible damp musty smell, bathroom dingy and dated, no fridge ( when requested we were given one looked like it had been taken out of a skip), no kettle tea/ coffee making fesilities when complaind about women was very rude. The pool looked like a murky swamp, green algae all around walls if pool, restaurant was more like a works canteen, dated surviving equipment looked like they were from a third world camp, gass burner's under servers to keep food warm, food not covered properly, flies everywhere. Both myself and my husband had diarrhea within a day of us being here, and it continued throughout our 2 week stay. It gets worse food we thought was edible, I ended up in hospital on an intevenus drip, with food poisoning, so if you don't want to end up going to hospital and having a hefty medical bill,( DO NOT BOOK IN TO THIS HOTEL) when reported manager didn't want to know his attitude was what do you want me to do about it. He just didn't care. DO NOT waste your money going to this hotel. Sun beds belong in a dump, back towels are like rags, I have used better to dry my goats. Besides all of this there is nothing to do, entertainment is minimal the whole place is just awful . On the whole Barbados is beautiful just a huge disappointment about the hotel

First visit to Barbados and absolutely loved every second. I knew my budget. So there are pros and cons with a hotel that needs some help, however the staff are incredibly friendly and work hard, you’ve got views, blue seas, skies that have spectacular sunsets and soft white sandy beaches. Some people “helpful reviewer” for instance needs to get over themselves and if you want room only and pay £5k a piece do it but don’t moan about a place if your budget is lower - all inclusive, typical Brits abroad mentality never moving from one spot drinking all day and still moaning is low I had the best time ..get out see the island and live your best life ..you can cope with a few “tired” things if you don’t like it go out to eat

There are some real strengths to this place, the rooms are basic but nice, I would describe it as small and friendly. The views and location is fantastic. The drinks and service at the bar are good. Some of the restaurant staff though are rude (the ones at the check in desk, not all of them some are great) and clearly don’t understand what time the restaurant opens and closes. For example if you arrive for dinner at 8.30pm you get a very frosty service and I unfortunately witnessed members of the team wanting to eat their own dinner before us at this time. Likewise if you appear for lunch at 12.31 you are ushered away like you have committed a crime. The restaurant supposedly opens at 12.30. The place is a little tired but a great beach and generally the food is good. The pool could do with a good clean and isn’t big enough. If only they could get the customer service right I’m sure the reviews would be better. We are in room 601 if a manager wants to talk to us, I have no confidence in the restaurant manager.

Amazing location.. right on the beach. Lovely views of the sea, Oistins and the rest of the coast. Staff very friendly. Rooms and general areas need renovating. Not enough outdoor seating when hotel is at full capacity. Food ok, always found something to eat, for both carnivores and vegetarians. One of the cheaper hotels and so you get what you pay for. Would return.

Stayed here for 10 Nights in November and to be quite frank I wish we hadn’t. What a Rotten hotel. We arrived off a long flight to the hotel where we wasn’t even greeted with a welcome drink let alone a smile. After a third attempt to pay the holiday tax it finally went through, not sure if the issues was my card or the receptionist nails that were too long to operate the touch screen on the card device. We were then told here’s your room number bye. No offer of assistance in finding our room or any offer with help with our long haul cases. GREAT start. Long story short. Rubbish showers that are so old with mouldy old tiles, and a nozzle head that sprays in all sorts of directions. The showers take an age to get warm and then when they finally do reach scolding it switches to cold water. Scolding hot or freezing. No inbetween. The plug hole has no guard and leaves a golf ball size gap risking losing earrings, contact lenses and any Items that may come loose when washing or even your tooth brush head. Let alone wanting to rinse your clothes. Breakfast lunch and dinner served in the same restaurant - tedious. Not to mention a waitress/manager with brown glasses (only staff member without a name badge) and a light blue top muttering and shouting to herself at the drinks table about the mess guests make or how spoons haven’t been put right. Not what I want to listen to while I eat my breakfast. Lack of choice on the food department, that’s when the food is replenished. Serval food stands run empty without being monitored. I have never stayed at an all inclusive hotel before where you have to get your own soft / alcoholic drinks during lunch and dinner. The waiting staff only pour you water (if you’re lucky) and collect dirty plates. The wine is again constantly running empty and warm bottles of coke and sprite are the only choice of soft drinks in the restaurant. There is only 1 bar that has one member of staff serving at nighttime, it takes ages to get served as he also needs to collect the glasses clean them and serve. Be prepared everything comes in a plastic cup, you are not even able to get a glass for wine with meals. It is shocking. That said the wine is disgusting, I’ve had better £3 bottles from Tescos. The pool looks filthy and is tiny. The hotel overall is just disappointing. We came with low expectations of this hotel following some of the other reviews we had read, but the hotel is more diabolical than we could have imagined. Yes the hotel is cheap and cheerful but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. The WiFi is pretty much non existent especially at peak times of the day, morning lunch and evening time. You can barely load webpages. We asked 3 times for a kettle and I was told we will see what we have available the next day by reception staff. Day 6 and after another complaint one was placed in our room. Entertainment rubbish apart from Mickey D - you never know if there’s going to be any. The ho

We visited this hotel three years ago and loved it, sadly, this time, we were given room 212 which has possibly the worst view, if you could call it that. The hotel could do with an update. The reception staff were indifferent and seemed inexperienced. The few sunbeds were constantly reserved by selfish people who spent all day on the beach or at the cricket. Apart from that, the rest of the staff at the bar and restaurants were friendly. We met lots of lovely people and had a great time
