Okazaki Jo castle, Okazaki Park, Hachicho miso warehouse, a little far away, but it is a good location for sightseeing to Daiki Ji Temple and so on. The station is also close and convenient. The hotel is quite close to the train station and Okazaki castle. It is very clean and the breakfast provided is quite substantial if you like Japanese food. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish and don’t really speak English. The rest of the staff are quite friendly. The rooms are small, as per Japanese standards, but there is a mini fridge and a kettle. If you have a lot of luggage, you will be juggling for space. Extra pillows are available at the front desk, as are pyjamas. Make reservations ahead of time online. You can do this in both English and Japanese.
