We have stayed here several times with no issues. However, we checked in Saturday and checked out Sunday. I got home and realized I had left my swim suit on the bathroom door. I called back to the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very very nice. He took my information. Called me back. Of course according to housekeeping they did not find it. Very hard to believe!

Loved the fact that i could become an honors member and check in on my phone and use it as my key. Everything was pretty clean. You could tell its been a minute since they upgraded anything. The carpet from the door into my room was pretty gross looking from high traffic but the rest of the room was clean. Staff was super friendly.
