Super 8 by Wyndham Oklahoma City

The front desk staff is courteous, friendly and pretty chill. The rooms are spacious, very well decorated with a nice color scheme and clean bathrooms. The rooms are inside which is nice because it's safe. Everyone pretty much leaves you alone for the most part. Safe space for a single Black woman.

Came to OKC for a concert w/ some friends. This was really close to the venue, so staying here was a no-brainer. It had some minor issues, but nothing that isn’t normal for an older hotel. They don’t have cots, which would have helped, as we had 3 guys. Thankfully, the youngest was fine w/ sleeping on the chair. No problems while we were there.

Nice place and neat place. Very Good Staff especially night person. Good Accommodation and Great facilities, Quiet place and Safety and security. I have been here quiet many time and I recommend everyone to come here. Beautiful ambiance.

I read some of the earlier positive reviews and I wish I had had the same experience. You get what you pay for. I wasn't concerned about the price as I was looking for something overnight. The room itself was large and comfortable. The pillows were terrible, though, so bring your own. My issues were with the check-in and check-out staff. When we arrived, the employee was a younger female who probably wasn't taught proper customer service. She asked me if I had a service animal. I confirmed no. She gave me a key and said there were doors on the ends of the halls however, those doors are not accessible from the outside. There is a scan card mechanism but no handle to open the door from the outside so I had to walk around the building back to the front door to get to my room. I parked my vehicle by my window where I could keep an eye on it. There is a large number of unhoused individuals but I find they are harmless. The check-out process involved two male employees talking to each other in a foreign language. My issue is not the language. My issue is that they did not address me until I said I was ready to check out then they kept conversing with each other. I gave the key and they said thank you. When I asked for my receipt, they only photocopied the receipt pulled from their credit card machine and not an itemized bill. Their breakfast was abysmal. It does say on their website that they provide a breakfast "item". In this case, dry cereal or bread for toast and some yogurt. We couldn't even drink the coffee. We ended up down the road at Mama Lou's Diner which turned out pretty good. All in all, it was a bed for a night however we will never stay here again.

For the price, it was a nice place. Rooms were clean, mattress was good. I liked there was only one way into building. The indoor pool was a bonus for the grand baby! It was not far from anything we wanted to do in OKC.

As always, the staff, the service, the amenities were very good. The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating. There was sufficient time for breakfast with several selections. There was ample parking and handicap parking was sufficient and in front of the main entrance. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The photos depict a nice place but in reality it’s just horrible. Front desk were rude, room was filthy and smelled not so good. Drug deal going down in the parking lot and the smell of **** coming from at least one room. Breakfast selection was limited allegedly due to covid. Apart from cereal and coffee the rest was all gone so free breakfast was not really provided. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. Most of the reviews must be fake.

I was just charged a early check in fee of $30 after I’ve already been here two days. I completely forgot checkout was today so I made another reservation online for the same room and they charge me for an early check-in and then it seem like it was a problem to get a receipt proving it. Is this a bogus extra charge for nothing? Has anyone else experience this?
