Just stayed here as part of my Route 66 trip and it was in the top 3 best hotels I’ve stayed on this trip. What a gorgeous boutique place this is—Hilton outdid itself with this Curio brand hotel. The lobby holds a cozy public sitting area, and all the people I encountered at the front desk were engaging, friendly, and helpful. (The lobby has this relaxing spa-like smell that sets a restful tone for your stay). The room was incredibly spacious and it was one of the few hotels post-Covid-19 that actually had pens and pads. The interior decorating in the Colcord has the feel of a high-end luxury hotel. My view overlooked a botanical garden, and walking the area felt safe. The attached restaurant, Flint, offered a varied menu (great food—my scallop appetizer was one of the freshest I’ve ever had in a land-locked state) and an incredibly friendly staff. I hope to stay here again, and I hope they maintain this level of comfort and service.

The hotel was great. They have a bar, restaurant, and a hot breakfast (a good one) that's open during Covid. The pool was available if you made a reservation for it. The cleaning and breakfast staff are amazing. Every sweet and thoughtful. The ladies working at the bar, could have used a little refresher course on customer service. They weren't always approachable and seemed a little rude at times. There were times when they were friendly and helpful,as well.. The decor was lacking personality. The rooms as we're as well. But it was comfortable and immaculate. The bed was amazing. Best night sleep, I've had in a very long time. Really, really great bed. The food was ok. The drinks were not strong and a bit over priced. They have a happy hour Mon-Friday with free drinks (yes alcohol included) and snack. The breakfast was good and included in room price. So was the wifi. Plenty of parking. Several restaurants are close.

We booked at the last minute due to a change in plans and we arrived very late but the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming! He got us checked in quick and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and spacious and had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. They have both hot breakfast and grab and go items. I utilized the workout room while I was there and it was clean, had extra towels and cleaning wipes. Even the checkout was quick and easy. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

This is a great hotel. Right off I-35 and located near anything you might need in your travels. The property is immaculate inside & out. Friendly staff. Check in was fast. I'm a Hilton Honors member and most hotels chains seen to treat their members a little better. The room was great. A very comfortable King bed and the room came with a pull out sofa. Nice large bathroom with great water pressure. Every traveler has different needs and expectations, but for me this property meets all of mine. Daily breakfast, indoor pool, and fitness area, none of which I used, but all looked very good. Obviously not the cheapest hotel price wise, but I'm usually going to stay at a hotel with at least a decent Trip Advisor rating. This hotel has a 4.5 and is well deserved.

Excellent
GGuest UserArrived around noon or so and James was very helpful in checking me in. Being Spire Elite I was upgraded to a suite. This suite has something I rarely see: a ceiling fan in the sitting area. A very nice feature to go along with AC (it was nearly 100 degrees outside at one point!). Weak water pressure was the only bad thing about the room. Full breakfast, good to see as some locations have still been slow to roll that out. The neighborhood is so-so around the area, but you have easy access to I-35 and I-40, as well as downtown only two or three miles away.
BBabiePeanut16405I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

GGuest UserI would stay here every time I come to Oklahoma City for a job if the government can reimburse it. It is ideally located a few blocks from the downtown Bricktown community. I also love the relatively quiet environment and it is in the heart of the Bricodon community. Their new decoration perfectly combines historical aesthetics with modern technology. No matter what you order, the restaurant never disappoints you, and room service. The bar is always lively and there are plenty of good cocktails to choose from. I set a standard room so there is no refrigerator and microwave inside. I also don’t like to put these in the room. If you want a refrigerator and microwave, ask in advance. The pillows are very soft, and if you want something to use for the backrest, you may have to ask for it or carry it yourself.
GGuest UserIf you're looking for a quality, affordable, clean hotel visit the Holiday Inn located at Holland Street in Oklahoma City. Smooth check in and check out. There is a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. The hotel served breakfast from 6am to 9am daily. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and milk. Each room was equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator and Keurig. The hotel is minutes away the suburb,Edmond. Pleasant stay and plan to return to this hotel on future visits to OKC. It looked new in comparison to nearby hotels.
GGuest UserChecked in front desk attendants was rude. Went into room and first thing I noticed was a roach in the shower, and later two on night stand. Half of the lights in the room did not have light bulbs in them. Heat and air unit did not work properly only heated on full blast and would make a awful loud sound every ten minutes roughly when made sound it shut the tv off. pulled out the bed in the couch and there was a sheet with a big yellow stain in the middle of it and smelt horrible. Went down in morning for breakfast and it was crowded, no room yet if you try to walk away they chase you down to charge you ten dollars for leaving the six tables sitting there, as i was sitting eating there was two women next to us, and they had their dogs sitting right next to them feeding them the breakfast food from table, as they got up coughing i overheard them mention their covid test, next thing my wife and i know during stay we are sick and tested positive for covid and quarantined in horrible room fort ten days which hotel management did not do anything for my unpleasant hotel experience, then when i went to check out they kept my one hundred dollar cash deposit claiming there was a dirty towel yet when i left i handed my towels to the maids in the hall and carried my trash out, so i do not know where the tall blonde front desk attendant got the towel with whatever on it. Also there was an older attendant at night that was very unappropriate and rude more than most. This was the most horrible three and a half week stay in a hotel ever, also the hotel store where they sell pops, candy, some food, etc., they mark up over 200%!!!! the day time front desk clerk with blonde hair talks down like he is way better than everyone even to customers!! They also charge extra per person over two in room so not sure about how that works with children.
Ddavid rangeThe stay at this hotel is good cant complain. Only wishing my room had a microwave and fridge. The noise from the highway is annoying. The staff is friendly. In my opinion the beds are very comfortable. Love the water pressure that comes out when I shower.
Sstaceyvb7My boyfriend and I stayed while visiting family in OKC for xmas. Right away at check-in there wasn't a physical person at the desk and I waited probably 5min before being greeted. Then we were told the wrong room number at check-in. Upon entering our room we noticed one of the pillows was in the middle of the bed without a pillowcase and the pillow had large yellow stains on it. The bathroom had dirt on the floor and the shower had several stray hairs on the shower wall and rust on the ceiling. Towels had black/brown stains on them. One of our windows didn't shut all the way and the temp was in the 30s and 40s at night. Not sure if it's a COVID restriction, but there isn't a phone in the room or do not disturb sign. The bed was extremely firm. Really the only things positive about the hotel was that it was pet friendly and about a mile from my family. I will not stay again and would not recommend for anyone to stay here.
GGuest UserDo not always believe what u read or hear about something or somewhere. I came to stay at the Days inn on NW Expressway, OKC until I could find a home and I have 2 dogs. They have helped me out more than any places ever has. They respect my privacy, they watch out for everyone that stays here, and they even hand out a candy bar or drink once in a while to the people passing by that may not have anywhere to go. I've never seen them treat anyone without respect and the. Name sure their to everyone. The rooms don't. Have bugs, they are pet friendly and don't forget breakfast every morning ? So take the time and join us at the Days Inn you won't have to worry about any crimes or bad people either. The rates are really good, and it's located in a spot that u can get food, go shopping, go to the park, or the hospitals. Convenience at its finest!
GGuest UserRun! I read reviews that led me to book it and found that while it had some positives, NOTHING would make me stay here again. It is crawling with unsavory characters and one was screaming at my husband and trying to get in his face because my husband did not want to discuss my Jeep at midnight after a 12 hr drive. The guy’s girlfriend liked it and he apparently felt entitled to have a conversation- he was drunk or high or something. We were sure we were going to be calling the cops in the morning because of something being done to it. We didn’t, but it didn’t make for a good sleep. There was graffiti in the bathroom, towels for 2 when we booked for 4 and they were oversized hand towels. Beds actually comfortable and the room stayed dark enough. They kept it surprisingly clean looking like it had tried to be remodeled but it was a lipstick on a pig situation. Get security and stop letting every crackhead stay inside or outside. They charge a mandatory $100 deposit on the stay and then refund you the very next morning but it takes 5 days. This isn’t a hold, it’s a charge. What hotel doesn’t just do a pending charge? We had already paid via a travel website for the room so we were stuck. Sign on the wall says if the workers fail to charge it, they get 3 write ups and then fired. If I had pulled up and saw the all the characters outside though and had not already paid, I would never had darkened the door. Cigarette butt on the floor at checkout plus sticky floor. Gross in every way. Just don’t.
