Hotel sehr überbewertet. Das Essen was sehr schlecht. Der Alkohol nur das Billigste vom Billigsten. Animationsteam unterbesetzt. Haben ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage bekommen obwohl ich gesagt habe dass ich Höhenangst habe und dass mir schwindlig wird. Am 2. Tag wollte ich meine nassen Sachen aufhängen weil ich sie sonst nicht trocknen kann und wie ich es den Mitarbeitern gesagt wurde mir sofort schwindlig ich ging sofort ins Zimmer zurück bin aber gegen den Fernseher gefallen weil ich fast ohnmächtig wurde. So dass der Fernseher einen Riss hatte. Sie haben dann am letzten Tag beim Check-Out 300€ verlangt dafür, die ich nicht mehr hatte. Sie wollten mich schon fast einsperren und haben gesagt dass ich das Hotel nicht verlassen darf und dass Sie mich nicht gehen lassen werden. Habe alles unterschrieben und wollte es zahlen wenn ich wieder zu Hause bin weil ich nur mehr 200€ hatte. Die 200€ haben sie auch nicht akzeptiert. Haben die gendarmerie angerufen und wollten mich einsperren lassen obwohl mein Flug ein paar Stunden später gewesen wäre. Und nicht dass ihr glaubt dass ich mich widersetzt hätte. İch habe alles akzeptiert und wollte 200€ sofort und 100€ halt gleich wenn ich das Geld wieder habe zahlen. Habe auch telefonisch bei einem beko-service nachgefragt Die Reparatur sollte maximal 3-4 tausend tl kosten. Also zw 80-110€. İch empfehle niemandem dieses Hotel. Bitte bleibt von allen Granada-Hotels fern. Gibt viel viel bessere für viel weniger Geld.

*Food was available 24 hours. The quality, taste, and diversity of the dishes were exceptional. However, the drinks quality was very poor, and the bartenders lacked expertise in crafting cocktails, they didn’t even know how to serve Tequila or Wine. Most bars lacked the necessary ingredients and equipment for cocktails. Therefore, while the hotel is a paradise for food lovers, it may not be the best choice for those who appreciate quality drinks.
*The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. However, they did not speak English, which posed a significant challenge for non-Turkish speakers. Therefore, communication barriers often necessitated the use of translation tools. While the majority of staff were pleasant, I must mention an exception: the Massage and Spa staff. They were very rude and would bother you every time you wanted to use the Turkish bath or Sauna. They always interrupted to advertise their massage services, making us uncomfortable and avoiding the Turkish bath to avoid their interruptions.
*The hotel amenities were very good, including a small water park, a nice pool, and enjoyable nightly shows. Additionally, there was a pleasant beach and a fun disco. However, the Pavilion was beautiful but not free to access. The amenities may not be in busy periods. Therefore, be cautious during busy times. Lastly, the game hall was advertised as complimentary but incurred an unexpected surcharge, which was disappointing and should be clarified to guests in advance.
