hello
this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client

My mother and I stayed for 2 nights. We were upgraded to a seaview room which had a lovely outlook. The environment and facilities were lovely and helpful staff. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Troisième séjour dans cet hôtel. Accueil : toujours Top. En Français, Personnel agréable, souriant et très disponible. Hôtel : situation en bordure de falaise, vue exceptionnelle, belle piscine et pas de problème de transat. Chambre : bien équipée (peignoir, chaussons, vrai séchoir,….), propreté toujours au rendez-vous (cela également dans tout l’hôtel) Personnel : souriant, serviable. Point fort pour un hôtel. Petit déjeuner : chacun trouvera son bonheur. Diner : Buffet varié très correct. Petits bémols tout de même : prix des boissons excessifs, bouteille d’eau 33 cl à 3.30€ sachant qu’il n’y a pas d’alternative à part ne pas boire pendant le repas. Prix de la bouteille de vin également avec un coefficient multiplicateur de 4. Une bouteille d’eau devrait être comprise dans la demi-pension. De plus, les desserts ont baissé d’un niveau car accès à la clientèle anglaise présente en grande majorité (récurrent dans beaucoup d’hôtels), fruits non mures. Animation : Soirées à thème jazz, pianos, chanteurs... Avons apprécié le « drink » pour les clients fidèles et un petit mot du directeur à chaque client. Le site internet est représentatif du produit. Conclusion : on y serait bien resté un peu plus mais tout a un fin et pensons à notre 4 ième séjour.

The PortoBay is a comfortable hotel, maybe a little tired but made up for by attentive staff and wonderful location over looking the beach/sea. The Il Basilica restaurant served tasty food at a reasonable price, and the happy hour in the main bar was very good value (and adequately staffed so you could actaully get a drink or two).

We had the loveliest time at PortoBay Falesia. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food was of very high quality and we had plenty of option. Overall the hotel was more than we ever hopef for.

Zimmer wie gebucht mit Meerblick. Essen Halbpension mit ausgezeichneter Qualität. Zimmergröße etwas klein, Möbel wirken ein wenig abgewohnt. Garten- und Poolbereich sehr gut, alles sauber. Musikdarbietungen im Außenbereich leider viel zu laut. Das Personal immer freundlich und sehr motiviert.
