Simplement en consultant la carte des mets nous avons risqué tomber dans les pommes . les prix sont incroyablement élevé :15 Fr. pour un potage du jour 20 Fr. une salade 30.- la fondue!!!nous n’avons finalement pris qu’une entrée faute de moyens financiers .le pain était abominable .je comprends qu’un restaurant sur les pistes de ski soit un peu plus cher que la moyenne mais là c’est vraiment de la folie. Par contre le goût et la présentation étaient très bien

Les prix sont très exagérés, burger à 30.- pas bon, la salade césar à 29.- avec 2 feuilles de salade, 3 morceaux de poulets, 1 fine tranche de parmesan (c'est véridique), c'est carrément du vol. le 1/2 poulet est sec et sans intérêt. A ce niveau de prix on est en droit d'avoir un plat de qualité et suffisant. Le service est juste correct, ici vous êtes une vache à lait et on vous le fait comprendre. En conclusion: passez votre chemin, il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs. PS: quand je lis sur d'autres avis que l'on doit amener la matière première en altitude, ce qui peut légèrement augmenter les prix, je rappelle que l'arrivée du train est à 150 m, on n'est pas dans un refuge de haute montagne, on tout doit être monté par hélicoptère.

Prix exorbitants, quantités insuffisantes, chef d'équipe et gérante malhonnêtes !!! Nous avons mangé une fondue au fromage à CHF 30.--, donc CHF 60,-- pour deux personnes. Quatre tranches de pain... nous en avons mangé une et demi par personne car la fondue était terminée. Le chef d'équipe et la gérante ont argumenté qu'il y avait deux portions calibrées (pour enfant je pense) et nous ont parlé de façon horriblement désagréable. La gérante, s'exprimant qu'en anglais, ne voulait pas me laisser aller aux toilettes, me barrant le passage, avant d'avoir payé. Une véritable HONTE !!! Jamais vu ça de notre vie ! N'y allez pas !!!!! Dommage pour les employés qui sont très très agréables et serviables.

Service non professionnel. Plats à la carte, hors de prix et vraiment pas bon du tout. Portion minuscule. Hamburger à 30frs sans fromage ni sauce. Supplément fromage 2frs commander mais oublier. . Puis rajouter, enfin, posé froid, bien sur. Pain du hamburger rose, oui rose. Nous avons vu passé des pains jaune et d’autre noir. Sur la carte est écrit : minimum de consommation par personne 30frs et temps autorisé à table 1h10, du jamais vu ! Bref un honte pour la station !

We visit the restaurant every year while skiing . The food is amazing and the service is great. They offer good Swiss Fondu and other well served meals. Very kids friendly. Very accessible to the skiers from the Bretaye slops. We recommend it very much

It’s interesting that the reviews are very mixed. We have just returned from Villars - stayed at Chalet RoyAlp. We went to Hotel du Lac for lunch daily and it was great. Brilliant location. Buzzing, popular, great service and food was delicious. Recommend booking to ensure a table inside. Would definitely recommend it (cant speak about the hotel side).

Perfect place for drinks or food. When the weather is tough on the piste take a load off and enjoy the food, ambience and great staff of this hotel. We came in for hot chocolate and stayed for burgers, chips and beers whilst the winds howled and the snow fell. Then enjoyed the skiing once we were well fed and rested.

26 fr saucisse à rôtir avec du pain. Et la saucisse est petite. Servi par un serveur en jogging d'une propreté douteuse. Au moment de payer, c'est à nous de faire les additions car il ne sais pas calculer. Le pauvre, il n'y est pour rien mais au vu des prix le patron devrait avoir les moyens d'engager un vrai serveur.

Restaurant review: Highway robbery. Zero ambience. Check out my photo. These previously frozen not-made-in-house cheese balls were 4 Swiss francs each! Moreover they include a menu on their website whose prices are 25% less. Avoid this place whatever you do.
