The hotel rooms are quite satisfactory. The highlight is that they have a balcony with a nice view of the sea. The hotel is on a mountain 10 minutes' drive from the seaside. It is recommended for self-driving tourists otherwise it will be inconvenient to climb the mountain. The dining options are relatively limited, and it would be a bit monotonous to eat here three meals a day.

Being the closest to the sea in Fethiye means you need to be super skilled to navigate the narrow, steep and congested roads. The room I was given was on the mountain, the scenery was average, and the products and supplies were average. The hotel is used for a private beach, there are not many people, but it is open for a limited time. The front desk of the hotel helped to book a paraglider. If you do paragliding, you will get dizzy, just like motion sickness, so eat in moderation. In addition, because the car was parked on a steep mountain road and the front and rear cars were close together, I really didn't have the guts to drive out. It was the front desk of the hotel who asked his friend to help out. It took a lot of effort. I really want to tip my brother. The little brother confiscated it, and immediately developed a more favorable impression of the Turks. Overall the Turks we met were warm and friendly. Social security is also very good.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel, we visited last October and Loved it so much we went again this October, we stayed for 2 weeks and had another wonderful holiday We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and were given room 534 in block 5, the room was clean, smaller than the room we had last year and also there was a very strong Sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we went to reception to tell them of this and were advised to come back in the morning when the day time staff were in We spoke to our Tui rep who arranged for us to be moved the next day into block 4, we got to view the room 1st  - room 432 this was the same size as the room we had last year and there was no swage smell so we took it I think all of the standard rooms at this hotel are quite small, but they are fine for a 2-week holiday for 2 people.  The room was clean, comfortable beds that were put together so make a HUGE bed, there were mini soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, Hairdryer in the bathroom and little slippers to wear which I thought were a great touch The cleaner (who was lovely) knocked daily to clean the room, and give us clean towels and bed linen, water for the mini fridge and she also did a lovely flower display on the bed The WIFI at this Hotel is fantastic, no matter where you are, you get great signal, The room has a TV with satellite, I saw the usual news channel in English and 2 other English channels that seemed to play the same movies and TV programmes every day, so definitely take your tablets, or phones loaded with Netflix, Disney or Amazon programmes that you like There is entertainment daily and in the evening, we didn’t take part in any as we preferred the quiet pool in the day, and in the evenings after dinner, we would go back to out room to watch our downloads, however they had bingo, karaoke, dancers, live band and other things that I heard were very good from other guests The food is FANTASTIC (I am a very picky eater) and every day the food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, absolutely loved the food both me and my husband, to clarify when I say fantastic I don’t mean Michelin star, gourmet food, I man there was a lot of choice, and it tasted great, you will not starve here, I’m really not sure why people have said the food is bad, it really was nice food, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals here The pancake ladies were there again this year, we loooved these, such a nice little touch from the hotel, my favourite was the Apple and Cinnamon pancakes yuuuuuum I’m not a drinker, but my husband had cocktails and said they were nice, he liked the beer too, also there is tea and coffee available all day which is great, and Ice cream is available daily between 4pm – 5pm.  There are also snacks available which was usually cheese toasties, chips, nuggets, burgers, baguettes etc The staff at the hotel are also Amazing, very friendly and helpful, we booked a boat trip via Hassan (The Entertainment Manager) at the Hotel, this was a real

A very detailed (and long sorry) review which I feel inclined to write as the number of 5 star ratings is just misleading people (including me when I booked). I’ll be honest it only just made the 3 rating I’ve put. Here’s why: Upon arrival (12:30am), a lovely receptionist showed us to our room. It didn’t quite live up to the pictures on the website (but what hotel actually does!) The air-con was already on (which was a great relief from the hot Turkish evening air) and it’s free for the duration of your stay which is really great. The balcony light didn’t work, but it was a small balcony so we knew we wouldn’t be using it. We were asked if we needed a safe but we declined. We hid all of our expensive items in our locked suitcase just in case. We’d had a long day so nipped over to the supermarket on the corner and picked up a packet of crisps and a bottle of water. When we walked back into the hotel, the receptionist calls us over and says “we don’t allow outside food or drink into the rooms, but I’ll allow it today as it’s late”. Now I understand not having outside food/drink around pool areas during the day, but in the room? That’s not acceptable, especially when the hotel food/drinks are about 50% more expensive than shops. From that point on, we had to sneak food/drinks into the room via a backpack and then hide it in our suitcases because we had been told by other guests that if cleaners find food/drink, they report it to the receptionists who then “fine” you and you’ll find that out when you come to leave and they present you with a bill. This also stands for food/drink you do purchase at the hotel. It goes onto a tab and so make sure you write down what you order as quite often they’ll add a drink or two on. Breakfast at this hotel is actually quite decent. It’s a Turkish breakfast and has lots of processed meats, breads and cheese to choose from. There’s a toaster and periodically they’ll include eggs, sausages, beans, potatoes and pancakes (only one of these at a time though). If you want a cooked breakfast at the hotel it’ll cost you 350TL (about £7.80). You can get it much cheaper at restaurants outside of the hotel. The restaurant also plays music whilst eating breakfast which is a mood killer. It’s depressing piano music which genuinely brings the whole atmosphere down. In terms of the staff, the pool/bar/restaurant staff were superb. They were friendly, very helpful and a credit to the hotel. They wander around during the day and ask you (but don’t pressure you) if you want any drinks/food then they bring it to you. Reception staff were good but if you have a query or request, you need to ask about 2 times before they’ll action it (I got my 2nd pillow on day 3). Now onto the housekeeping staff. Absolutely pointless that the hotel even pay them! They do the absolute minimum. The shower was dirty on arrival (mould) and in the 10 days, our floor was not hoovered/mopped once. The bedding was changed once and all they d
