Ramada by Wyndham Fethiye Oludeniz

One month before check-in, the Wyndham official website showed full rooms, but it was still available on Ctrip, so I booked three 68-square-meter rooms with balcony bubble pools. Unexpectedly, on the day of check-in at the hotel, the front desk manager said that we did not book Ramada, but another small hotel next door in the same group. The booking showed that Ctrip booked it through another agency. Fortunately, there were three rooms left that day, but the price difference had to be paid. One of the rooms was a smaller room type, but each room had to pay a price difference of 180 euros. The hotel raised the price on the spot. After negotiating with Ctrip, it was relatively straightforward. I paid at the front desk and Ctrip paid the price difference to me. Even so, I was in a bad mood and it took more than an hour to get it done. The hotel has a good view, overlooking the Dead Sea, and it is refreshing. It is a good hotel in Fethiye. But the service attitude of the hotel staff is very bad. There is really no international chain hotel in this place. If you come to Fethiye again, you will definitely have a better experience if you find a local boutique hotel.

We had hoped for more in terms of cleanliness and service. We only received the swim-up room we had booked on the second to last day with the explanation that there was an electronic problem (we later found out that we had been lied to the whole time and that the rooms had been overbooked). Instead we got a room with a jacuzzi, which was completely yellowed, dirty and stank of urine. We also got hair from the previous guests in the bathroom for free. Again? No thanks.

I stayed for 3 days, but the jacuzzi was pulled out on the first day. For giving me a messy room I had to change rooms It wasn't cleaned properly either. The wifi connection didn't work properly either. I don't think I'll ever use this hotel again.

The hotel room is clean, the furniture is historic, and the entire hotel is large in scale. This room type is a single-family villa with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling window to see the sea view. The balcony is large, and the plant branches and leaves go deep into the balcony, making it secluded and comfortable. It is a certain distance from the paragliding company and the beach, so you need to drive there. You can see the lights of the cable car at night, which is also a sight. The breakfast must be praised, it is very rich, there should be hundreds of dishes, the chef is skillful and very delicious.

The hotel has a nice pool and sea view, a good breakfast, and a large bathtub. However, the front desk service is not very professional, the facilities are old, the shower head is difficult to adjust, and water is splashed everywhere!
