Very nice location and friendly staff. Room was good too

Exceeded expectations, deluxe room 102 was superb with a big balcony. All amenities, staff is 5 star and food is good.

Location of the property is just Amazing and Unbelievable.Mr Anand Mahur on Reception and Mr Devendra Sir are Very nice Persons and ready to listen you and help you.But what we feel is both need good team and sufficient staff for better management and proper services to the Guests. Cleanliness should be improved. And Restaurant services needs overall improvement. They provide very poor services with very insufficient and untrained staff. During our morning breakfast only one person was trying to give services to all most 30 guests. All other staff were just relaxing inside and not bother about Guests. Mr. Anand was trying to satisfied the customer needs when somebody like me meet him during breakfast and request him to solve the issue. Thanks to his generosity. Breakfast with very few options was provided. Quality and test of Poha was not good.Needs lots of improvement in Restaurant services. Except food overall other experience is nice. All other staff are cooperative and polite in nature.

Superb stay ..excellent staff and great location ...thanks to Anand ,Priyanka , Rohit and Ashutosh for great hospitality .Initially had planned 1 day stay but ended up in 2 days stay as experience was good.Omkareshwar experience is spiritual ***** with Mp temple stay

Location : far away from omkareshwar temple food: good amenities: ok. Only point like to say that strong ventilation and fresh air supply should be provided in the bathroom.

Food is good, very near to temple. Location is very good. You can view the river and the temple. Room was very good

Rooms were not very clean, window was broken. Toilet window was also broken
