There is a Chinese-speaking front desk; there are singing performances in the hotel lobby by chance, there are convenience stores and shopping malls, restaurants, and barbecue buffets; shuttle buses to and from the restaurant are provided, airport bus route information and adult ticket discounts are provided, there are relatively few breakfast categories, and the decoration style is old , The lights in the room are dim, there is dust on the switches, only the trash can is cleaned during the stay, the bed is not made, the bedding is poor and looks old... overall it is lower than expected.

We went there for personal trip and had good relaxation at the hotel. We were concern the pool scale but there are many pool types and some is enjoyable for adults. Also we can go through to the beach directly from the pools. You have to pay attention to the inside pool is paid pool. The one thing I want to point out is the staff attitude at reception desk. Once we check in, it seems the staff irritated for something and no smile. For the explanation of facilities is also not enough. This is little disappointment for us.

Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Your options at the hotel are dependent on what “level” you have which is dependent on how many nights you stay (?) and what color card you are given to wear around your neck. This information is based on our family having stayed five nights with a gold card. Pros – Nice beach, free lounge chairs and umbrella (gold card), free breach towels, free activities such as the banana boat ride (gold card), and the “glass bottom boat ride (gold card), free mask and snorkel for both adults and kids! The two buffets were nice. We went to the first floor on the first day, the second floor (gold card) buffet on the remaining days for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, raspberry French toast, eggs benedict which were not offered on the first floor. Great view of the ocean, nice, clean room, and friendly staff. Very helpful. Cons – you have to line up in the morning to book any activity, only two per family unless you get back in line. Well, the Japanese love to line up, for hours, so enjoy the wait. Only two computers for booking and maybe and maybe several hundred rooms at the hotel? Same with the buffet, on both floors. Enjoy the wait! The free beach towels were only offered at the inside pool, but you can take them to the beach. Why so far away from the beach? Finally, the outside pool closes at 5:00 PM! Sunset is not until 7:00 PM! This is ridiculous! And if you swim in the ocean, no life jacket required. If you use a mask, no life jacket required. If you use fins, no life jacket required. However, the moment you use a snorkel, you must wear a life jacket. Not sure how to explain that. What I hate about this hotel is the animals they have locked up in tiny cages. A wallaby in a cage the size of a bathroom. Sea turtles locked up in small pools. Tiny pools. African turtles in small enclosures. Exotic birds in small cages, dolphins locked up, and manta rays locked up. Not fun to see that at all and everyone seems unsympathetic to their plight.

Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

Traditional Japanese hotel, as big as a resort, with a private beach, very comfortable. It was rainy in Okinawa in April, but then the sun came out, and it was very comfortable to lie on the beach. The room was not big, and it was difficult to open two 26-inch suitcases. The facilities were a little old but still quite clean. The breakfast variety was OK, and there was one indoor and one outdoor swimming pool. Overall, it was a good experience to relax in the hotel.

We stayed at EXES for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The rooms were huge and we had ocean view. We could use our breakfast tickets for lunch, which sometimes was buffer and sometimes a la carte. The facilities are amazing and at the time when we were there (late Sept.) it was relatively empty, so for instance sometimes we were the only people by the pool, or sometimes 6-8 other people where there. The only downside is that hardly anyone of the staff can speak English, actually only at checkout we found a person that spoke it fluently. But it was fine, just a heads up to keep that in mind. All in all, worth what you pay for!

The level of service was exceptional - the concierge was extremely helpful, and the housekeeping staff kept my room pristine. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a high-quality restaurant serving delicious, locally-sourced cuisine. I also made good use of the well-equipped fitness center and reliable, fast WiFi. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would not hesitate to book with your hotel again in the future. The combination of outstanding service and top-notch facilities made for a wonderfully comfortable and productive visit.
