This is a hard review, as I had 1m2 rooms. Room 225 was ok. It had an old saggy lounge that dips towards the centre & is uncomfortable, & an old bathroom & laundry. The place was clean, had all what I needed for very basic cooking/hearing up & cleaners did a basic clean every day I was here for work. The view of the pool was nice. I had a terribly LOUD snorer in the room next door & underneath i think too. So loud it was over the top of earplugs & Netflix. I could hear their tv too. Staff are very friendly & approachable. The towels ate more basic & older in this unit compared to my next unit. My ocean view unit in 231 was a nice view. It was lovely sitting out there on the patio area. The room had nicer towels, was very clean, also cleaned every day except 1. Although staff only sweep once a week, which I asked for it to be swept twice as it gets a bit dirty. It wasn't done though, even though they said they would. More importantly, I arrived home from work one day wirh the security door slightly open & the wooden door wide open with my laptop, jewellery, harddrive & belongings in full view. My dishwasher stinks & had an error code too. I notified reception of my issues. I hot a thanks for letting them know & they were going to talk with the cleaners about ensuring they look up. I thought being the expensive price wirk paid for a few weeks, they could've offered say a meal or voucher or something.

Arrived on Thursday, good timing with the $29 steak night! Could not fault it. So thought let’s go Friday for the $20 F&C, thought it would be fresh fish being on the ocean, pretty sure it was out of a box, chips and salad good though! Saturday (glutton for punishment) and I didn’t want to cook went back for pizza and to watch the footy. Seafood pizza, well we found one bit of squid and 1 bit of prawn, there was no scallop, predominately anchovies and tuna!! You would think we would learn, we saw some really nice looking steak sandwiches come out so went back today to watch the footy and share a steak sandwich! Everyone else’s were Turkish bread and ours was brioche bun and unfortunately when hubby ordered no salt on the chips he thought he said no chips 🤷‍♀️ I think we are done now, time I did some cooking myself!! Definitely give Thursday night a go 👏

This is the only stay if you need to go to Karijini national park from the west coast. It's a 7 hour drive from Carnargon, literally in the middle of nowhere. Thr cabin we booked was clean and we'll air-conditioned. The dinner there was fantastic, lamb was so tender. Food was exquisitely cooked. We could never imagine such a fine dinning experience in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Shower was hot enough, air-conditioning was cool enough. There is a tiny hill you can hike up for sunrise and sunset. Also star gazing. Overall an excellent stay.
