Unbelievable hotel, within a beautiful property, magical and perfect place to relax. Bucolic landscape, special service (thanks to Marc who was very attentive), perfect rooms, special breakfast, two restaurants, the hotel restaurant (Michelin) being a must-see. We loved our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, and we loved our room (Room 10). Thankfully, the chap at reception was strong because we had heavy bags, and there's only one way up to the room, via a wonderful wooden spiral staircase. Every single member of staff was delightful; everyone greeted us with a smile and was incredibly professional. There were also enough staff, and I mention that because I often stay in hotels (including very expensive ones) that simply do not have enough staff. My one criticism is that the shower gel ran out in the bathroom. This should be on the checklist before a room is 'ready for guests'.

This property set in a beautiful estate made for a wonderful stay. We stayed as a family with 3 young children and took a family room which had an extension with 3 little beds. For them the stay was also magical. Breakfast was elegant and delicious, and the service was superb throughout. The only disappointment was their restaurant Bistro which while the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the food was not matching the rest of the experience. I would still highly recommend a stay there.

This was a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful local and convenient (by rental car) to many chateaux and the city of Tours. It really felt like what I’d hoped a Loire Valley experience should be. The entire staff was courteous to a fault and all spoke English well. Don’t leave without having dinner in the restaurant gastronomique. The tasting menu may be too much for many diners but everything we had was wonderful and the service was impeccable.

Warm welcome in this beautiful relay and castle residence, wooded park, short stroll around the small lake where 2 swans are curious, small magnificently decorated living room on the ground floor with a beautiful fireplace, beautiful spacious and comfortable bedroom with a beautiful living room, very beautiful bathroom with Clarins welcome products and superb view of the park. Great time with my daughter at the establishment's Clarins spa, duo treatment and extremely friendly staff. I recommend the bistro restaurant where the food is very good, a refined and quality meal, thank you for the desserts. I really appreciated this place of relaxation and well-being, to do again in good weather with great pleasure.

The pillows were not essential for us who wanted to enjoy the setting of your dining room with our little York Leo. He had had surgery on his leg a few days before and we could not leave him alone, in the car or in the room, as we were advised at reception. This is very regrettable because your establishment enjoys an exceptional setting as does your interior design... In the end, very bad memory... If you had clearly stated your refusal to welcome dogs we would never have stayed with you. This is nothing more or less false advertising on your part….
