Cocoon Maldives - All Inclusive

Ideal structure for those who want to relax and have a holiday in a truly quiet, elegant and pleasant place. Below I will try to give a brief summary of what the property offered us during our stay. ROOM: our room was the "villa lagoon" type room. They are rooms on the side where the sun rises built directly on the water. The room is very spacious and comfortable with a terrace for the exclusive use of the room and with ladders for direct access to the sea, as per the attached photos. Bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. In the room there is also a minibar with soft drinks (offered if booked with an all-inclusive formula) and alcohol, a coffee machine and a kettle. RESTAURANT: In the main restaurant breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack during tea time and dinner are served. Everything is buffet style. The buffets are very large and varied in such a way as to satisfy all tastes. During the various days of the week, at dinner, a "theme" of the dinner is proposed. We happened to eat at the Italian, Maldivian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Moroccan and Indian evening. BEACH: if you want you can also go to the beach and take advantage of the umbrellas and deckchairs available in several places on the island. Towels to place on the deckchairs are also provided. BEACH BAR: on the main beach there is a bar open practically always until after dinner where it is possible to have alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you have the all-inclusive formula like we did, you can get many types of drinks and cocktails for free. EXCURSIONS AND ACTIVITIES: the structure also organizes many excursions (almost all for a fee). I think this is the only thing we appreciated less about our stay as we would have liked to have had more excursions available. Furthermore, if they are canceled in case of bad weather you have to rebook (places are always limited) every time. Activities are then organized on the beach and on the island (but even here they are not always all free). DEPARTURE LOUNGE: The structure is also equipped with a departure lounge, complete with showers and bathrooms which you can use on the day of check in in case of an afternoon flight. SEAPLANE: The property must be reached via seaplane transfer (not included in the price of the stay) lasting approximately 35 - 40 minutes (if a direct flight, sometimes it also stops at other resorts and takes a little longer). Therefore, also take this cost into account when booking. Overall, the evaluation of the structure and our stay remains truly satisfactory and recommended! I have also attached some photos... Diving super attrezzato, personale professionale ed immersioni bellissime. Spiaggia spettacolare soprattutto ad est. Ristorante fantastico molto vario. Camere pulite e clientela internazionale… che altro per una vacanza fantastica (per chi non cerca animazione da villaggio)

Очень классный отдых,дома очень уютные и чистые.в ресторане очень вкусная кухня.вода в океане теплая,погода была не дождливая, очень приветливый коллектив .хороший загар тела получили на острове Кокоон.прогулки по океану очень впечетлляют.Всем советуем.

Я приезжаю с дочерью в Cocoon Maldives 2 раз. Хотелось бы посетить и другие отели, но то , как организовал наш отдых в первый раз Hassan Baash оставило незабываемые впечатления, поэтому мы решили вернуться именно сюда и в большей степени благодаря Hassan Baash и нисколько об этом не пожалели, вообщем обо всем по порядку. Hassan Baash помог забронировать те даты, которые были для нас удобны, ту виллу, о которой мы просили, хотя отель был почти заполнен, он очень тепло с цветами встречал нас при прилете, при входе в отель, на виллу, в ресторан были украшения из цветов и надпись Welcome home. На обед в день прилета мы опоздали, из-за задержки самолета Hassan Baash организовал нам пиццу, от которой дочь в восторге до сих пор. Хотелось бы отметить, что в этом году питание было намного лучше, больше был выбор блюд, вкуснее была еда и фрукты не жалели, как в прошлый раз, давали ограничено, но в этот раз все по другому, фруктов было изобилие и очень вкусные. Каждый день Hassan Baash находил время подойти, узнать как дела и все ли у нас в порядке. В день отъезда Hassan Baash нас провожал с зонтами, мы все насквозь вымокли, потому что шел ливень, но этот человек до последнего был с нами, пока не улетел наш самолет, я такого искреннего, отзывчивого, порядочного и преданного своему делу человека еще не встречала, хотелось бы, чтобы руководство отметило его преданность своей работе, ведь именно благодаря ему мы планируем вернуться в отель на следующий год!

Un viaje imposible de olvidar.La atención por parte de Shinaz y todo el equipo Cocoon maravillosos todos.Siempre con una sonrisa en la boca y preocupados de nuestro bienestar.No sabíamos el idioma y se esforzaba al máximo por entendernos.No tuvimos problema de ningún tipo.La isla maravillosa,tranquila y súper relajante.La comida riquísima y el personal del restaurante encantadores todos.Venimos renovados y con todos ellos en nuestro corazón.Shizaz,eres fantástico.Recomendable 100 por 100.

Hallo, Zunächst muss man sagen das die Malediven wirklich sehr schön sind. Das Resort hat aber meiner Meinung nach, keinen 5 Sterne Status mehr. Wir waren als Familie dort, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind. Das Personal und auch das gesamte Management ist sehr gut und immer Bemüht dem Kunden nach zu kommen. Wir hatten eine Lagoon Villa, das Zimmer war sauber und der Zimmer Service war auch gut...aber leider war dieses Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Ich hatte dann auch eon Gespräch mit einem Hotel Manager um ihn darüber zu informieren, dass im Hotel "Hand angelegt" werden muss. Denn nicht nur dieses Zimmer, auch überall auf der Anlage sind Stellen die nicht OK sind. zurück zu unserem Zimmer, hatte nach dem Gespräch mit einem der Manager auch einen kurzen Austausch mit meinem Reisebüro, welche sich dann, obwohl ich mich nicht beschwert habe, sehr eingesetzt. Ergebnisse war das einen Tag später mich der Hotel Chef aufgesucht hat und wir eine Lagoon Suite erhalten haben....bei der Besichtigung der Suite, konnte man noch die Farbe riechen, von den Ausbesserungs arbeiten, dieses Zimmer war um einiges besser......nun in den Bildern werdet ihr ein paar eindrücke über die Mängel des ersten Zimmers sehen. Ich bin nicht typisch der deutsche, welches alles moniert und nur meckert, wenn man aber für 12 Tage über 10000 Euro hinlegt, dann sollte es auch passen! Eine Sache, die mich auch nicht erfreut hat war ein bestimmtes Klientel...es waren sehr viele Gäste dort, welche wohl Russische Staatsbürger sind....diesen Gästen ihr Verhalten ist sehr schade. Wenn man glaubt einen bestimmten Betrag bezahlt zu habe, für den Urlaub und dann meint, das man dann mit einem Hotel tun und lassen kann was man möchte.....das Resultat ist dann eben dieser Zustand des Hotels ..ich möchte das aber nicht nur auf dieses Klientel beschränken und auch gar nicht kontra Russisch sein, es gibt, gab dort viele Nationalitäten die sich so verhalten haben. Zum Abschluss noch einige Positive Sachen....Essen im Oktupus (All inklusiv Restaurant)...Top....Getränke Auswahl....gut....Personal.....super Als Fazit, die Region ist Traumhaft....Das Cocoon ist das Geld nicht mehr wert...aber das ist meine subjektive Meinung.
