Sleeping Beauty by Nature Resorts

Overall we had a nice stay. However, I think the price for this hotel is not really fair. We stayed 3 nights and before that also stayed 3 nights in a city hotel with better quality which was significantly cheaper. The room is nice but rather small, with a very pretty view. The hotel is hard to access through a rocky uphill road and the road it is connected to lacks a clear sign for the hotel. The electric grid sometimes went offline and warm water of the shower was limited. We couldn’t make use of the laundry service, personnel said due to the bad weather (I guess because the laundry couldn’t dry outside?). I would recommend the hotel to purchase a clothing dryer if not yet the case. A heater and blow dryer were available upon request. No bath robes provided as indicated on Booking site. I personally found the mattress very hard (but personal preference). Main issue is we had a room right next to the reception and it was quite noisy. A lot of loud noise coming from personnel talking there, taking phone calls etc. Would recommend personnel to close door from room to reception at all times and reduce noise from talking. As there a very little rooms, they are all right next to either reception or dining room. Not super peaceful in that sense. Personnel generally helpful and accomodative (eg in arranging cab). Food was good.

The stay, hospitality, food was superb. The views were even more amazing. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended to evryone who is looking for a peaceful gateway not that far from ooty and coonoor. It would be better to check beforehand for the special items on the menu.

Nice location, amazing view, it's very quiet and silent place which is out of city, clean and peaceful environment and no traffic disturbance and food is excellent. There is small play room where is so many games like ludo, chess,cards, badminton and so many time pass board games

Sleeping beauty super place we enjoyed the restaurant views are very beautiful lovely and so tasty foods and pollite staffs and front office flora was very polluted to us and she explained it was great job and she took us to a tea plantation too see the views it was amazing and the staff kalai he was presenting good and manager Vinoth he talked kindly and very helpful to us while comeing he contact us don't miss it very beautiful and lovely place rooms are good and nice

Part of a tea plantation , this is a larger private bungalow converted into a BnB. But has its own quaint charm. Simple, walk through the Tea Plantation - To see and hear the train hooting and crawling in and out of the nilgiris for about 15..20 minutes. The rooms look HUGE in the pictures but they are NOT so plan accordingly. In all fairness the owners have posted the actual size of the rooms. The restaurant team led by Chef Ramji went out of the way to provide us fresh and amazing food based on our jain diet requirements. Mr Vinod the manager also helped us plan our days and provided us with an excellent local driver Mr Kartikh. The other staff was also very proficient and made our stay comfortable.

Overall it was a wonderful experience...their hospitality and food,room is completely clean and comfort.ofcourse want to come again and explore more from this beautiful city..little bit amount is expensive but apart from that it was a beautiful experience.
