Rooms are ok. It is situated 1. 5kms from bus stand towards mysore road. Hot water facility is limited timings.

The location is at the center of ooty. Two too good restaurants in 5 minutes walk distance. Room is compact yet maintained well. The wash rooms are neat and clean. Only problem is the parking space. Limited to two cars in front of the facility.
