I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable visit. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel service is good and morning breakfast also good they are serving 3 to 4 varieties of breakfast. Single rooms are very congested, better to book deluxe rooms.

Great stay and value for money. Easy access to most parts of ooty city. Safe place for family. Breakfast was good even though the options were limited. Staff was friendly. Only negatives would be the congested rooms and parking.
