Dear Travellers, Being Honest I had been to the resort while going road was very tough to reach but only Jeep can move and Jeep person is from his side where he charge 1200rs hardly 1.2 km and once we reached there is no reception or front office mainly... Room service person will keep all things and give a book to wrote details that's it... Things what we got mainly negative is, Room is small than pic in google. Balcony chair sofa is completely torn and its smelled so badly, balcony curtain is not at all working , completely damage, The person whom took booking he was not at all available he handle only by calls, bathroom is not cleaned, lights r so less bright we cant even see clearly anything, Wardrobe is so dirty and kept all old cloths and lot of insects, exactly around 7 something outside no lights, We got Room but due to honeybee was attacked no proper service or response from owner for that, he says what if honeybee comes its wont do anything he is saying so easily, if anything happen u need to wait till Jeep person comes no precautions, online reviews is completely fake as we are saying truth by staying hardly 2 hours and vacated owner dint even accept and simply paid 2k for just 2 hours that too so worst rooms and while leaving no lights outside, spider was so much somehow we vacated. He as kept TV and disconnected cable. Bathroom window glass was broken really guys its worst... It's good for couples just for 2 hours or 1hour stay to have fun its not good for family. I have completely proof and iam gonna upload shortly with everything...be careful guys.

One of the best places in ooty. Beautiful hill view as it is located at top of the hill. Tasty and good quality of food with homely touch. Since, it's pet friendly our pet (KuKu) also has a very good time. It's great value for money with all the amenities provided.

The location is superb, people who prefer to be in a location which is very calm, quiet and close to nature is the best choice for them. The staffs are good. Food was tasty too. Owner was always approachable at anytime to fullfill our requirements.

Heaven on earth with amazing staff and fantastic owner Mr Vijay. Such beautiful locations are rare on this earth. This mountain resort did all the magic with very comfortable stay at wooden cottages, bonfires and yumm snacks and very delicious food. I highly recommend it, its a must visit for every soul..

This is Leo from Chennai. I stayed for two nights with my wife and two kids from July 27th to July 29th, 2023. My family had an amazing and very good nature experience. My experience about Pandora resort: My Satisfied points: 1. This Resort is situated at an amazing location, with a nice balcony view of the ooty skyline. 2. Resort Very neat and clean. 3. Good staff support and special thanks for ( Mr. Vijay & Mr.sagar). 4. Good and tasty foods. 5. Dinner also affordable rate. Non satisfied and improve your points: 1. No Wifi here 2. if you want to watch TV No cable connection here please bring dongle or a pen drive. 3. Hot water issues can sometimes occur, so please take into consideration and take action as necessary.. Finally Special Thanks for MR. Vijay

Good location of the resort, hygiene and neat , looks like new , friendly staff and very hardworking suppliers , good understanding and suggestion given by mr.vijay. to reach the location you will have to climb a mountain through a small road,it was a very nice experience with me XUV

We stayed at this resort for three days..It is located on the top of the hill. We had a beautiful mountain view from the balcony which is best part of part of the home stay..We were thrilled some bison grazing in front of our balcony.the staffs were humble and polite.the food menu items are simple and it can be improved.overall we had a wonderful experience.

We had booked a Family room for our stay during the long weekend; the location was perfect, with very calm and beautiful views from the room, food was good as well. The only thing we faced issue was my wife found a few snails in the room. We informed Mr Vijay he took care of one of the snails, but later in the night, we found two more snails which disappointed us a little. They were ready to change our room to a much more premium room, but we did check out due to some personal commitment.
