Lot of issues in this hotel, hot water not available for bath, we requested them 6 times no answer, tv not working, room landline phone not working, they said they will get it done but nothing happens.

The property is not worth for the amount we paid. Breakfast for the first day was good. Food quality and second days breakfast was not at all good.

Even after multiple reminders they did not put and extra bed in the room for which we has already paid, we had to get it ourselves from the lobby. The fold-able bed was not of good quality it was torn and didnt even fit well on the folding. The furniture in the room was already broken bed side was broken due to which i got hurt the room was not well kept mo water was provided. The breakfast was horrible and also even after informing them that there are 3 members only one towel was provided. We tried to reach out the reception multiple times there was no response on call we had to go down and keep asking them. The wifi was not working also restaurant was not reachable on call we had to keep going down to them to order. We had a really bad experince at the stay it wasnt kept well and the service was poor also the ammenites promised were not provided

Property location food service very bad. Morning no tea available before 8 am. No staff pick intercom phone. Service wise food wise bad experience ignore hotel rate wise very costly no service. Hot water not available. Manager and staff not co-operate. Mmt valuestays not done. Just cheated people by mm t and hotelier

It's not good experience to stay over here. In room bad order coming from blanket and bed sheet. Room is not clean properly. Bathroom and toilet condition also horrible. Not enough t light in room and no towels given. In complimentary break fast only two iteams uttapam and ideally that also test e less. No crocary iteams hence need to take sambhar in cup. Totally waste of money.
