This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )

Electric switches in room in which we stayed Room no 114 were not working properly. All the other things are good. Your hospitality was very good. Morning breakfast & night dinner also very good.whenever we need assistance your staff helped so much.

Everything from room settings to food and customer service was extremely well maintained and customer friendly. Resort is located at central place with easy access to all city visit places and also provide hotel cars at affordable rates for sight seeing.

Nicely maintained hotel. Great service. A huge variety in food. Great location. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff is very polite and friendly. Hotel has a Royal look. Ambience is comparable to a fiver star hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, the cleanliness, ambience, room size, decor, hospitality, warmth & welcome from the entire staff--- 5 stars. A special thanks to each & every staff member of Fortune Resort Sullivan Resort for making our trip a memorable one. Special mention to M/S Monica, Sharmila, Shelly, Chef Raja, Gardner Sampath, Security Arif who went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed & comfortable

The service was really good and commendable, cleanliness was spot on ….. The staff members were spontaneous with their hospitality and service.The room was sophisticated with good bed and chair to reside as well as accompanied with snacks and beverages. Overall stay was very pleasant

I just love the hospitality and the location was fantastic the staff members were so good and humble especially- Felcia, Shweta, Monika basuda, arif my opinion is that you can visit this hotel blindly the food was tasty the room service was also good I just love it

Brilliant hotel brilliant staff, I haven't seen this kind of courtesy anywhere in the world.. I really don't have words to explain what the staff did for me, one must really go there just to meet the staff. If you guys read this my name is Akhilesh and thank you so much for all the help, extend my gratitude to the room service and the bar manger as well. I want to be a regular there.. Great service by Dinesh and the rest of the team. We felt well looked after. The food was amazing with a wide variety of options. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our experience.
