Everything was top quality from bedding, breakfast, service, hospitality to name just a few notables. Furnishings provided a warm feeling and accentuated the home’s heritage features beautifully- lots of charm! The host (Leif and Dani) were wonderful and passionate about their business and ensuring your stay was memorable. Location perfect for walking distance to charming downtown establishments. Definitely worth a return trip to Opelika and bring more friends to share in experience- upto 5 bedrooms capability!

The place was beautiful, charming, and perfectly clean! The owner was accommodating and friendly and fit me in on a week day with only an hour notice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Opelika or as in my case, visiting a student at Auburn. I can't wait to go back!

Fabulous B&B in a lovely area. Hosts were wonderful and decor was luxurious and comfortable. Special touches throughout made our stay so great we extended for an extra night. Enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood, coffee on porch, beautiful room linens and furnishings. Went to lunch at Botanic - superb experience all around.

We had a wonderful stay at The Heritage House. It is a lovely and grand home. Breakfast was always excellent. Leif and Dani are such nice people. The rooms and furnishings are immaculate. We highly recommend anyone to visit. Take the time to visit the downtown area.

I had a wonderful visit. Everything was perfect. The building is in incredible and beautiful condition. I tried two different breakfasts and both were wonderful. I stayed in the two room Carriage suite. Although pets are allowed, I found no evidence there had every been any. I enjoyed having my own entrance as well as a door to the beautiful lobby. The couple who own the inn are very nice and personable. I highly recommend the inn and in particular the Carriage suite.

The Heritage House is a jew in Opelika. Our two room suite was absolutely perfect. Our private entry was just great and the hosts, Leaf and Dani were fabulous hosts and prepared and served great breakfasts. My wife and I enjoy sitting on the porch and watching the late afternoons go by, with an adult beverage, and would have enjoyed more comfortable chairs outside our private entrance, but that is just minor suggestion. Our stay was most enjoyable and very comfortable.

Such a beautiful inn! The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are so lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. The owners are so nice, and really want all the guests to have a lovely stay. The best part is the breakfast — SO good, and they are very accommodating for dietary restrictions. We enjoyed our stay here so much and look forward to going back!

As others have said, the house is a charming old home with great hosts. The breakfast is made to order and was delicious. There wqs also a coffee bar and small frig on the second floor where most of the bedrooms are located that you can use at any time. The location of the B&B is great. It is a very short drive or easy walk to the downtown area of Opelika. We ate at the Dough Pizzeria which we really enjoyed and would recommend.
