The hotel is close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Noise of planes is loud and rooms are dated. The shower handle in our bathroom was cracked and it cut my finger while I was holding it. For the premium price I paid, I expect everything to be kept in good order.

It's an out dated hotel and the check-in was slow. The check-in staff charged 2 person tourist tax even though it was only one person stayed in each room. The central air con was super old so it couldn't even cool the room. I complained and got sent an extra fan. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great service ! HOTEL STAFF were very accommodating and the transport service from hotel to the airport was seamless.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, the breakfast was very good. Water are not provided at the room

This hotel offer airport shuttle for free every 20 minutes. Although it is far from city center, we can easily take the shuttle and then take public transportation from the airport. The room was spacious, clean and comfy.

The air conditioner & one light were out of order on our original room , we called the receptionist who responded that they were under repair… how come they can arrange this room to customers??
They said on other room available,, we insisted to change the room .. need to wait for an hour . Eventually change us to a room that supposed to reserve for flight crew !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Movenpick Zurich Hotel (Airport). The staff were so friendly and kind to allow us to store our luggages. The room was also superb and had enough space for us. Everything was clean. Location was not very convenient but they had shuttle buses every half hour to bring us to the airport if necessary.

The hotel is located very close to the Zurich Kloten Airport with free shuttles to and from the airport. Very convenient for a stay during layover.

I can only say it's average. The facilities are quite old, especially the bathroom. Fortunately, the room is OK. I stayed here for the past two days. The shuttle bus to the airport is really great and super convenient, except in the afternoon!
