This is a good value 4 stars hotel with friendly front desk staffs. Check-in and check-out was comfortable and easy.
Very good location as Tram stop is just right outside the hotel and Tram 10 and 12 directly from airport and can transfer to Zurich HB which was very convenient.
Will highly recommend and can come back again.

AC not working. Rooms are pld and run down. However close to airport. Breakfast was good

The hotel is located very close to the airport, outside there is a tram stop, it's really easy to get everywhere! Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, nice big bath, delicious breakfast, staff at the hotel very friendly, helpful and speaking really good English. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient hotel if you need to catch early flight at Zurich airport . Can take tram to airport as well , few stops away and just Infront of tram station . And the room is big compared to others hotels in Zurich .

Room is terribly dirty, carpet has stain and I don't think they have vacuum the carpet.
The drainage is leaking the water knob is broken
Breakfast is terrible, don't waste your money to have breakfast there.
No shuttle bus to the airport and it costs us Swiss Franc 32 from hotel to airport and it's only 3-5 mins drive
They charge us for 3 ppl for a room but the room is so small for 3 ppl, we can't even sit down after we open our luggages.
Stain and smell all over
Will definitley not recommend

The location is good, it’s next to the light rail station and it’s very convenient. The amenities are good, however, the front desk is not very helpful. The breakfast is so far so good.

Nice hotel with large room space.
Located just next to the tram to the airport.
And staff are nice and helpful there too!

Nice business hotel near the airport. Just beside tram stop. Large room and bathroom.
