Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich Reviews

The room was suitable for a three-day stay, though I didn't use other amenities like the gym due to a busy schedule. However, during my stay, my access card was deactivated after the second day. When I went to the front desk for assistance, the first counter was occupied, and a lady and a gentleman at the second counter were busy fixing something, completely ignoring me and the other staff. How frustrating is that? They clearly need to understand the importance of customer service. I had to ask them to fix my access card first because I was exhausted after a long day. (21/08)

The stay was super good. Liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was all very good and comfortable.

Good clean room and fast check in, the area is little quite but there are supermarkets and the bus stops are very close to hotel.

It was rubbish and the service was the worst . No room cleaning everyday . After check out u need to take the luggage with you , even they cant keep for an hour . Arrogant staff . No telephone in room to connect staff .

Amazing location good photo spots

We booked with this hotel as a couple and as any couple we would expect enough blanket for both of us YET the blanket was very small enough for one person, imagine the struggle and not sleeping peacefully, this is first, second NO SLIPPERS and when we asked for them they said THEY DONT HAVE THEM woow a hotel in ZURICH that cannot afford even slippers for their guests imagine getting out from bathroom wet without slippers walking around without slippers very very inconvenient that’s like the basics of any hotel, no blanket no slippers what a disaster, when it comes to cleanliness I would give it an 8 of 10 but when it comes to some basic amenities I would give it 2 from 10, location I would give it 6 from 10 because it’s close to station yet far from city center, service is 5 from 10

Very satisfied! There is a small kitchen inside room and you can cook by yourself.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It has good connectivity with tram stations just a walking distance away

To anyone who’s reading this or probably going to read this later . This isn’t a hotel . It’s more like a hostel They don’t have any good service They don’t have any telephone service in the rooms So should incase something happens to you ( emergency) you have to rush down from whatever floor you are on to the front desk. I paid for breakfast during my stay , upon self checking in Non of the staffs told me here to get breakfast. During morning time for breakfast. I went in search of the cafeteria for breakfast . It was very sketchy and hard to find until a passerby made a jovial comment ( Swiss people don’t want give you good ) I thought that was funny until I figured out that he was right . I would only recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Swiss on a tight budget if not then find a better hotel with better service .

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The service was amazing too.
