Interesting stay, I really liked the Mongolian style interior. Made it a unique stay. The staff was not as super. My wife was rudely pushed the extra blanket we requested (before booking and then again on arrival) in her hands by an annoyed member of staff. They seemed preoccupied with a large group/party that also stayed there, but that’s not my fault. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this interesting hotel.

The buffet is rich in items, but unfortunately you often can’t find a seat; the small hot pot has fixed seats, so you don’t have to find a seat and it’s clean and comfortable. The dishes are fresh and delicious. Highly recommended! The drinks at the coffee bar and bar are delicious, and the environment makes people feel relaxed. However, some guests insist on providing disposable cups for take-out. The noise on the spot is shocking. Since the hotel has regulations, it should clearly inform guests that take-out is not allowed. Can reduce waste generation. What deserves special praise is that the hotel's waiters are not only good-looking, but also young and energetic. Always actively move around to clean up and maintain cleanliness in each area. The service staff in the lobby and front desk are always smiling and take the trouble to answer guests' questions and help solve problems. On the contrary, it is a small number of guests who need to improve their quality, because most of the holidays are families with children. The room we stayed in was big and clean. The staff could not speak English; however there was one lady who could speak English and was very kind and helpful. When she was not there, we had trouble communicating to the staff. They were not efficient enough and I think there was a lot of miscommunication; however the hospitality could have been better. The TV in our room was big and had many channels, but the movies did not work. Buffet breakfast is Chinese. I think it’s a great hotel with many facilities, but I did not feel very comfortable and feel that the staff could be better in handling foreigners better.
