Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

Disneyland Resort
I was thinking about the Hilton Garden next to the Outlets, but I was wrong here. The location is not as good as that. It is not too far from the Outlets but can’t walk because there is a high speed block in the middle, and nearby There is no sidewalk in the building, only a taxi, 4 minutes to Ole feels worthless. There is a shuttle bus to Disney but not many and not every park. It is not far from the taxi.
Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at Seaworld
4/5103 Reviews
SeaWorld Area
The Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld is located just minutes from the park. In fact, it would be a quick walk from the hotel if you want to get around the crazy SeaWorld parking lots and traffic. From the window in my room, I had a perfect view of the park. The rooms are a little outdated, but the entire hotel was extremely clean and the staff were kind, helpful, and provided great service. The rates are also extremely affordable for the location. I definitely recommend The Hilton Garden for your SeaWorld adventure.
Hilton Garden Inn Orlando International Drive North

Universal Studios Area
The stay experience was generally up to standard until I realised that room cleaning was only provided on demand and then put in my request at the concierge on Day 3. The lady at the concierge was cold and not helping to say the least. She kept telling me room cleaning requests must be submitted by 9am, which I think is quite inconvenient and unfriendly for leisure travellers. She reluctantly agreed to help me change towels and toiletries in the end. It’s quite funny because they ha be this slogan sign on the wall saying “if there’s anything wrong with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right”. Apparently the lady didn’t want to make it right for me.

We arrived on Friday June 16th and stayed until Sunday. First, when I checked in the Thursday night before, I checked in on the Hilton Honors app, requested room 353 that overlooked the pool. -When we arrived, Trinity gave us a different room and would not give us a reason why it was changed and gave us the 2 room key cards. We had to come back to the front desk twice to exchange keys that didn’t open the door. In the end, only one of the keys worked and we gave up. -Another family with children had to come back 3 times to get new keys that did not work and they were visibly upset. -During our stay, we found 3 live roaches: in the nightstand drawer and 2 on the toilet seat. -Our room had a musty smell. Oddly, the lobby smelled great but the hallways and elevator were hot (without AC?) and smelled musty. -Our daughter did not want to swim since there we so many leaves in the pool. -We complained to the staff but they said they cannot issue a refund on the HH points. -This location does not represent our previous experiences with Hilton properties and we will never visit this location again.
Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport

Orlando International Airport Area
In order to catch the flight the next morning, it was very quiet. There is a small microwave oven that can heat up the bento. 24h to the airport shuttle is also very convenient.
Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown

Be mindful of parking. 20ft away from the Hilton entrance there is a sign that says hotel self parking, identical to the one I posted above/below. I believe the towing company listed on the green paper owns the lot and there is a camera there that can see the entire lot. Less than 10 mins after parking you WILL be towed. The towing company has had at least four different names, an F with the Better Business Bureau, 4 different numbers that are all inactive, and the owner was shot and killed at his home in April 2024 over his towing company. My issue is that the green sign the hotel posted that I took a picture of above/below was not up when we checked in and no one informed us that the sign next door was false advertising. While Hilton cannot control other companies they could take care of their customers by fully informing them that they will be stuck paying $250 if they don’t pay the $35 for valet parking at Hilton. And the reason valet is $35 is because that parking lot could absolutely not fit the full amount of cars if that hotel was booked up. My advice: book Hilton if you please, but pick another location where the staff genuinely care about their customers.
