"Good price and value. Good location in terms of being near the big attractions and walking distance to restaurants, including no less than 4 Indian restaurants. Very near LYNX bus stops, but be forewarned that the Orlando public bus is very undependable. Most of the staff are bilingual, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough.
On the negative side, the swimming pool is very busy, filled with children, and not very peaceful. On arrival, I got accosted by tour sellers and I was just too hot and tired for that. Security is somewhat heavy-handed, but at the same time, that did make me feel safe. The door lock on my room was finicky, and it often took multiple attempts to get in, and I didn't drink on this trip. The restaurant is okay but isn't open very late. When I dropped in to make sure they were still open at 8:15 the young lady at the front said yes, then when I was walking back to my room to change shirts to come back and dine, she sent a customer to run after me to say they were closed. I didn't eat in the restaurant after that rude experience.
Note that there are half a dozen Rosen hotels in Orlando, with very similar names. This makes it hard to use Google Maps for directions and confuses Uber and Lyft drivers."
"I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want.
Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables.
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!"
"The hotel is quite large, with 4 residential areas, each with its own parking lot. It costs $10 per day, but if you pay for 5 days, subsequent parking is free. I parked for 6 days. There are also several large fountains, creating a great environment. Dining options nearby are convenient, and both Disneyland and Universal Studios are very close."
"The room is very new, full of technology, very close to the epic, there is a bus downstairs in the morning.
It may be because the hotel is white as a whole, so there is a cold feeling. The restaurant in the building has a good breakfast. There are many places to eat."
"It's a five-star hotel. The environment and sanitation are super good. The overall service is also very good. The floor is not too high. Everything else is very good. The breakfast is also great. I will stay here next time."
"I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:
Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends.
Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind.
Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite.
Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax.
Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort.
Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!"
"First off, I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Let's cover the great: Location is amazing. More than adequate available free parking that is well-lit and feels safe. Super helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Hot water paired with great a great shower head. Air conditioning that actually works whether you're in the room or not. Across the street from a Wawa. Well kept maintenance. Hotel has WiFI. Shuttle service to Universal Studios. Orlando is built over swamps, so every hotel has insects, but this one seems to have the bug problem very well under control.
Let's cover the not-so-great: Sure, breakfast is free and features proteins, but you'll be thankful there's a Wawa across the street. The timing is very limited for the shuttles and Uber is only $6 or so each way to either Universal or Epic. You're paying $20 per day for that Wifi, shuttle you won't use, and breakfast you try on the first day and won't return for. Resort fees are like those locking nugnuts and other bribes you have to pay to buy a new car. They're obnoxious, but you're stuck with it.
Again, I'd definitely stay here again and the negatives are just being nitpicky. I just want to set the expectation that you will pay a bit more than you think, but it's still a great value that I highly recommend."
"I had a comfortable stay without any discomfort. It was also nice that there was a microwave in the room. The facilities were a little old-fashioned overall, but there were no issues. There was a drugstore within walking distance, which was convenient. I think it was good value for money."
"Very big room and good location... About 10mins walk to the convention center so easy to move around and also have lots of restaurants around the area but try to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, cheap and good services. Good Food!"
"What can I say about this hotel? Except that the room is a little old and there is a bit of damp smell when you enter, the price-performance ratio is quite high. You can see the roller coaster opposite, the hotel has its own small swimming pool, and the breakfast is filling. The front desk is also very friendly. There is a parking space at the door for free. There are hotels all around, and the whole area seems to be safe."

GGuest UserThere was a microwave in the food court, and the soda refill machine offered water and ice.
The water had no odor and was easy to drink.
There was a shuttle bus, which made access to the park easy, and it was a very well-equipped hotel for the price.
There was a Walgreens nearby, which was convenient for shopping for daily necessities, and there were also restaurants like IHOP near the hotel.

GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all very polite and did their best to help with any small questions or problems.
However, the room had a constantly running faucet, which needs repair. Additionally, there were cockroaches everywhere, so people who are sensitive to that might not be able to stay here. There were also dead cockroaches inside the refrigerator, raising doubts about whether proper cleaning is being done.

PPatrick JM100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.
