"Great hotel! Very welcoming and proactive staff! Very good departure and arrival times. Free shuttle service to both EPCOT (not tested, but from this park it's possible to get to Magic Kingdom via the super convenient monorail) and Universal Studios. The shuttle service is early in the morning so you can arrive right when it opens. Finally, the hotel is very close to Universal Studios, making it very convenient to return by taxi or other means and enjoy the many shops and entertainment options in the evening."

"Not overwhelmingly luxurious, but it has a good bed and a great breakfast. If you're just looking for a good night's sleep and a decent breakfast, like us, then this is truly a perfect choice! Would book this again in a heartbeat!"

"We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a car rental pickup point, various restaurants, and a Chinese buffet. The facilities are also pretty comprehensive, including a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. The room itself was definitely a bit dated, but the front desk staff member who checked us in was super helpful. We got a second-floor room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet and had no musty smell. (However, I imagine rooms facing the road might be quite noisy, so it's probably best to avoid those if you can.)"

"Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Rooms designed like a space ship.  If you stay at the hotel you get the right for early morning access to the parks (we stayed for one night and got it for two days), provided you have tickets for the parks of course."

"If the requirements are not high, just for convenient travel, it is recommended to stay: 1) The hotel is old, but there is no security problem, very convenient; because it is an old-fashioned hotel, the room is very large, it seems that each room is a suite, living room Separated from the bedroom; 2) There is a convenience store (you can buy a lot of daily necessities) for 3 minutes on foot. The most important thing is that there is a Chinese restaurant and several foreign restaurants next to the convenience store. It is very convenient to eat. There is a free shuttle bus to Universal every day, there is a shuttle to Sea World, but there seems to be no car to Disney World (please ask yourself). "The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop."

"It's a good choice to stay here for one night when transiting in Orlando. The hotel has airport pick-up and drop-off services, but you need to call to make an appointment. If you are not good at English, you can also write an email, and the customer will reply very quickly! The pick-up location is at level 1 ground transportation. The shuttle bus to the airport runs about every 30 hours and is available 24 hours a day. You can just wait in the hotel lobby in advance and it will take you to the airport in 10 minutes."

"The hotel was just opened in 2025, and the design was modern and the room was beautiful. Universal Orlando and Epic Universe can be used early, and the shuttle bus can be taken from the front of the hotel. Universal Orlando seems to be about 15 minutes by bus and Epic can be reached on foot, but about 5 minutes by bus. We were crowded and never couldn't sit down, but I think it depends on the time. I recommend it if you go to Universal almost because there seemed to be nothing around. There was a server on each floor where water could be put for free, and I put it in a water bottle and brought it to the park."
